മനസ് വല്ലാതെ അസ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു Time ആയിരുന്നു .sir ൻ്റെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ടപ്പോൾ നല്ല ആശ്വാസം തോന്നുന്നു❤🙏🙏🙏

എനിക്ക് ഈ video കേട്ട് വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ എന്റെ അനുഭവം ഞാൻ ഇവടെ പങ്കുവെക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു നമുക്കറിയാം നാമെല്ലാം മനുഷ്യരാണ് അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ബലഹീനരും ആണ് ഒരുപാട് സങ്കടങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളിൽ വച്ച് നടക്കുന്നവരും ആയിരിക്കും അതുപോലെ ഒരു വ്യക്തിയായിരുന്നു ഞാനും ഒരുപാട് bad movementsiloode കടന്ന് പോയിട്ടുണ്ട് ഉള്ളിൽ ഒരുപാട് സങ്കടങ്ങൾ ഒതുക്കി ആരോടും ഒന്നും പറയാതെ കുറെ രാത്രികളിൽ കരഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് ആകെ മൊത്തത്തിൽ എല്ലാം തകർന്ന അവസ്ഥ ഒന്നിനോടും ഒരു താല്പര്യം ഇല്ല പഠിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല ആരോടും സംസാരിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല അതിനു കാരണം ഒരു പരുതി വരെ അപഹർഷതാബോധം ആണെന്ന് പറയാം എന്നെ കാണാൻ സൗന്ദര്യം ഇല്ല ഞാൻ ഒന്നിനും കൊള്ളാത്തവനാണ് അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് ചിന്തകൾ അതുപോലെ phone അഡിക്ഷനും enikk ഒന്നിനും പറ്റുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല അങ്ങനെ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് ഒരു ധ്യാനത്തിന് പോകാൻ സാധിച്ചത് അവിടം തൊട്ടായിരുന്നു എന്നില്ലേ മാറ്റം എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി ഞാൻ മനസ് തുറന്ന് കുമ്പസാരിച്ചത് ആദ്യാനത്തിൽ വച്ചായിരുന്നു അതിനു മുമ്പൊക്കെ പേടിയായിരുന്നു കുമ്പസാരിക്കാനൊക്കെ pakshe ആ ധ്യനത്തിലെ കുമ്പസാരം എന്നെ ഒരുപാട് മാറ്റിമറിച്ചു അതുപോലെ aviduthe spiritual shareingum orupaad മാറ്റങ്ങൾ എന്നിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കി അങ്ങനെ ധ്യാനം ഒക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞ് തിരിച്ചെത്തി പിന്നീട് രണ്ടു മാസംഒക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴത്തേക്കും വീണ്ടും പഴയ സാഹചര്യത്തിലേക്ക് തന്നെ ഞാൻ വഴുതി വീണു പല തെറ്റായ പ്രവർത്തികളിലും ഏർപ്പെട്ടു വീണ്ടും എന്റെ mind ഡിപ്രഷനിലോട്ട് പോയി പക്ഷെ ഇപ്രാവശ്യം എനിക്ക് ഉറപ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എല്ലാം ശെരിയാകുമെന്ന് അങ്ങനെ വീണ്ടും ഞാൻ ആ കുമ്പസാരകൂട്ടിലേക്ക് പോയി ഞാൻ ജീവതത്തിൽ ചെയ്തുപോയ എല്ലാ തെറ്റുകളും ഏറ്റുപറഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും ഒരു കുമ്പസാരം നടത്തി അതിൽ പിനീട്‌ എന്റെ ജീവിതം അത്ഭുതകരമായി മാറി മറിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ ഡിപ്രഷൻ മുഴുവൻ ഇല്ലതായി അഡിക്ഷൻസ് മുഴുവൻ പോയി നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കാനും സംസാരിക്കാനും പറ്റുന്നു ഒരു പോസിറ്റീവ് attitude തന്നെ എന്നിൽ ഉണ്ടായി ഇതിനൊക്കെ കുറച്ചു കാരണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് ഒന്ന് കുമ്പസാരം കാരണം അവിടെ നമ്മളെ മുൻവിധികൾ ഒന്നും കൂടാതെ നമ്മുടെ തെറ്റുകളും കുറവുകളും കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരാളുണ്ട് ഒരുതരത്തിൽ പോലും നമ്മെ വേദനിപ്പിക്കാതെ ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരുന്ന ഒരാൾ ആ ഒരാൾ തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ ജീവിതവും മാറ്റി മറിച്ചത് catholic faith അനുസരിച് കുമ്പസാരം എന്നത് ഒരു പാപമോചനമാണ് കുമ്പസാരക്കൂട്ടിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നത് ഈശോയും ഈ അറിവ് എനിക്ക് valiya ഒരു അനുഗ്രഹമായിരുന്നു അതുപോലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ കാര്യമാണ് ബൈബിൾ reading ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് ലോകത്തിൽ വായിച്ചത് വെച്ച് ഏറ്റവും മനോഹരമായ ഗ്രന്ഥം അത് ബൈബിൾ ആണ് കാരണം അതിൽ എല്ലാം ഉണ്ട് ദിവസേനയുള്ള ബൈബിൾ വായന കാരണം എന്റെ ജീവിതം തന്നെ മാറ്റിമറിഞ്ഞു അതിലെ ഓരോ വാക്കും പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് പുതിയ നിയമത്തിലെ എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ സ്പർശിക്കുന്നതായിരുന്നു എന്നിലെ വെറുപ്പും വിദ്വേഷവും വിഷമമൊക്കെ ആ വചനം എടുത്തു കളഞ്ഞു അതുപോലെ മറ്റൊന്നാണ് വിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന ഞാൻ കണ്ടതിൽ വച്ച് ഈ ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ അത്ഭുതം വിശുദ്ധ കുർബാനയാണ്. ഓരോ തവണ അത് സ്വീകരിക്കുമ്പോഴും എന്നിലേക്ക് വരുന്ന എനർജി അത് പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നതിനപ്പുറമാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ full ഹാപ്പിയാണ് കാരണം ഞാൻ ജീവിക്കുന്നത് എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ മാറ്റിമറിച്ച ദൈവത്തിനു വേണ്ടിയാണ് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഒരു കാര്യം നിങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തെ ആത്മാർത്ഥമായി സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഒരാളെയും വെറുക്കാനോ സ്നേഹിക്കാതിരിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിനിർത്താനോ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് കഴിയില്ല അത് എന്തിന്റെ പേരിലായാലും ജാതിയുടെ പേരിലും മതത്തിന്റെ പേരിലോ അങ്ങനെ എന്തായാലും കാരണം നാം എല്ലാവരും ദൈവത്തിനു മക്കളാണ്. ബൈബിളിലെ ഒരു വചനം ഓർക്കുകയാണ് സ്നേഹിക്കാത്തവൻ ദൈവത്തെ അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല കാരണം ദൈവം സ്നേഹമാണ് 1 യോഹന്നാൻ 4:8) പിന്നെ ഞാൻ ഇതു ഇവടെ എഴുതിയത് christianity glorify ചെയ്ത കാണിക്കാൻ ഒന്നുമല്ല എന്റെ അനുഭവം പങ്കുവെച്ചു എന്ന് മാത്രം.

Very important topic. When I was on holidays last year December travelled in auto with my 7 yrs old son and my mum. Driver started to talk with us, started sharing his sorrows, his family matters, his debt, ending life etc. I listened said be grateful for your life etc couldn’t talk much as my son was listening all he was saying. After holidays when I rang my mum said he end his life. He left his wife and two little children behind..

Btech ന് ശേഷം PG ക്കു പോയി. അവിടെ 2 പേപ്പർ കിട്ടിയില്ല. ജീവിതത്തിൽ നേരിട്ട ആദ്യത്തെ തോൽവി. പിന്നെ Depression ആയി. അങ്ങനെ ഞാനും ആ 'അപരിചിത'ന്റെ മുൻപിൽ എത്തി. കാലിൽ ഒരു മുള്ളു കൊണ്ടാൽ എടുത്തു കളയുന്നതു പോലെ അദ്ദേഹം എന്റെ Depression എടുത്തു ദൂരെ കളഞ്ഞു. എന്നെ കൊണ്ട് ആ Papers എഴുതിയെടുപ്പിച്ചു. പിന്നെ ജോലി തേടിയിറങ്ങി. അവിടെയും പരാജയങ്ങൾ. തോൽവികളെ നേരിട്ട് പോരാടി വിജയിക്കുന്നവർ ആണ് യഥാർത്ഥ വിജയി. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ Bangalore ഒരു കമ്പനിയിൽ Quality Assurance Engineer ആയി work ചെയ്യുന്നു, എന്നെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ ചില Qualities പഠിപ്പിച്ചത് ആ 'അപരിചിതൻ' ആണ്.😊
