自从上传了几个视频之后，我的私房菜www.flavoredlife.co开始火了，一直忙不过来， 所以完全没有时间制作新的影片。但是制作影片一直是我心心念念的事， 所以趁着假期间，快来上传一个。 年糕也是出自我们的私房菜， 好几个顾客买了都问我该怎么做，所以我就想到了制作这个影片。希望你们会喜欢。

Sweet Potato Nian Gao Ball
1. 100g sweet potato, steamed and mashed.
2. Add 10g sugar, 20g all purpose flour and half tbsp glutinous rice flour. Mixed and knead well.
3. Roll 20g sweet potato ball and insert cube nian gao in it. Fry.
Sweet Potato Nian Gao Sandwich
1. Sliced sweet potato and nian gao, place 1 slice of nian gao in between 2 slices of sweet potato
2. Mix batter - 120g rice flour, 30g corn flour, 2g baking powder, 100ml water and a pinch of salt.
3. Dip sweet potato nian gao sandwich in batter and fry.
Sesame Ball Nian Gao
1. Boil 120ml water and dissolve 50g sugar.
2. Slowly add in to 100g glutinous rice flour and mix well.
3. Then set aside 30g glutinous rice flour and slowly add on bit by bit till it is not sticky. Add oil and knead further. Rest dough 30 min.
4. Roll 20g ball and insert nian gao cube. Mix a little glutinous rice flour and water, dip the ball in to wet it so that sesame can stick on.
5. Fry.
