I disagree. I think it is far worse to be anything less than respectful to the players at the airport or anywhere else. It’s just a game and he didn’t do anything malicious.

For that performance the actor deserves an Oscar nomination. There is a reason I don't watch soccer anymore and what he did is the reason. I recon there must be rules put in place to prevent it from happening again. Like a two match ban or something.

Geez....reading some of the Australian comments here I wasn't aware that Australians had become so sensitive and in need of safe spaces. Do you actually think that ball busting, shit talking, and chirping hasn't always been in Rugby and every sport for that matter? White is a grown adult. And he earns a lot of money as a professional doing what he does. I'm sure he will survive a ribbing. And what's more it's duly earned ball busting for behaving like a pathetic football ⚽ player rolling around as if he is seriously injured. Say what you want about ''the dive'' , but Nic White was maliciously slapped in the face whilst just trying to play the ball, he's the recipient of a disrespectful act by De klerk and although it wasn't a world ending wack, it was enough to jolt his head and be annoying. That stuff is totally unacceptable in our game. Head/ face strikes = red card territory But whatever happens on the field is meant to stay out on the field and afterwards we're meant to be able to have a beer and move on, but these ''fans'' clearly don't know how to do that. Springboks fans aren't looking so good these last few years
