Markus Ruhl is my favourite bodybuilder. He may not be the most aesthetic, but his boulder shoulders and cartoon-like size are just so iconic. His performance in the 2002 night of champions is unrivaled, I don't believe that anyone has come close to it.

@Fenosyn Sure, what do you want to know? We only did three exercises but those really intensely. Cable lateral raises, Shoulder press and rear dealt flys.

@Fenosyn He's actually a very down-to-earth and super nice guy. Gave me huge mentor-vibes. Very calm persona but once I was in a set, he pushed me just how I wanted and expected it. When I could barely move the weight up on what would have been my last rep, he said "komm, fünf noch" meaning "come on, five more" and helped me with the last 5 reps (best spotter you could imagine). On the last rep it felt like he was lifting it and I was only doing the movement. And it was like that set for set. You can see recent pictures of him on instagram or videos of him here on KZfaq. From what I know, he's still 130kg.

It's just that as your muscle starts to be less as you get older, you start gaining more fat as well. But it's not like the more muscle you get at a younger age will result in a higher amount of bodyfat when you get older. It doesn't work like that. And yes, what's true about what you said is that roids kill you.

This man is the product of hard work, incredible genetics and of course, tons of steroids. Don't get me wrong, the dedication that this man has if off the chart. I was a bodybuilder for over ten years and I was very dedicated because I love lifting heavy and feel getting bigger and stronger and muscle and joints pains never go away.

My favorite bodybuilder ever.Great combination of massive shoulders,big,short neck,THICK muscles.Bigger(even if blocky)is better(IMHO).

I noticed my physique is similar to this. Im currently 325 lbs 6'5. but my body is starting to form like this. I can do 430 pounds for 4 currently on bench, but im just hitting my first year of consistent gym time.
