Hello all cyclists. This video tutorial is about how to upgrade your favorite bike.
A cool bike was brought to our bicycle workshop. The owner loves his bike very much. He wanted to update the bicycle drivetrain.
The bicycle drivetrain will be replaced with a similar one.
I'll show you how to change the chain, cassette, bike cranks and cable on a bicycle.
At the end of the video, the bike will be like new! The owner of the bike was satisfied!)

Nice vid my guy. Got the grease you use and i can see why you like it. Sticks to bearings quite nicely and is eaay to apply with a srynge. I only have one question. Since im unfortunate to still have cup and cone bottom bracket, idk how much i should apply. Im worried if i put too much and its just a waste of grease or if i put too little if dust will get into the bearings. Please i really want help with that. It could also make for a good vid ig.

Thank you for your comment and watching. I think you need to apply grease about the same amount as in a hub with cones and balls, a medium amount. If the frame allows it, it's better to replace it with a closed cartridge type bottom bracket and not suffer in the future.

Video Super!! per giretti stradali/strade bianche consiglieresti una Triban RC100 decathlon? spesso aggiorni mtb e bici datate e non 29er o specialissime. Per stare in movimento consiglieresti la Triban RC100 a 7v ? Grazie

Buon pomeriggio. Grazie per il suo commento. Non ho esperienza con le bici di Decathlon, l'unica cosa che posso consigliare è che se scegliete una bici economica, assicuratevi che abbia componenti Shimano, non i vostri o di una marca sconosciuta, in quanto sarà problematico trovare componenti compatibili in futuro al momento della riparazione o dell'aggiornamento. La maggior parte delle biciclette nella nostra officina sono vecchie MTB, le ripariamo e servono per molti anni ancora😀 Inoltre, i vecchi componenti sono di qualità migliore rispetto a quelli moderni.

@@NiceBikeService Grazie x la cortese attenzione.. Concordo con voi in merito ai vecchi mezzi mtb .. erano molto ben fatti , ci facevo gare xc, alla fine penso rimetterò in pista una 26 giant terrago che secondo me ha ancora qualcosa da dire..

Please someone help me.. I have 28 hole 9 speed HG hub and now I want to use 7 speed 14t - 34t freewheel instead of HG cassette... So how it possible without changing the hub? Or should I change the hub to normal single speed hub ... Is the freewheel compatible with SRAM XD driver... ?

You can't put a freewheel on a HD hub, and you can't put a single-speed hub on a freewheel either. You can find a 7-speed cassette and put it with a spacer ring on your freehub. Sram's XD freehub is smaller in diameter, it's designed for a 12-speed cassette, also by Sram
