Nick Carter gets emotional honoring his late brother, Aaron Carter. The singer and his band, the Backstreet Boys, paid tribute to his younger brother at their London concert a day after his death. During the show, a montage of Nick and Aaron played on a screen, and his bandmate, Kevin Richardson, addressed the crowd. But as Kevin spoke, Nick couldn't hold back his tears and AJ McLean, Brian Littrell and Howie Dorough rushed over to embrace him.

People think it’s cold hearted to separate yourself from a loved one when battling mental illness and addiction. As someone who is recently reconciled with family member who did it to me , I see now that it was out of love and protection for themselves. You can’t allow someone to take you out with them. ❤ I feel for NIck

@@TheyWantMeDead2005 Nick was the only real person Aaron had in his life who was more than just a brother but who was also a real role model and a father figure since their parents did both of them wrong. Nick also went through a lot to you know and it sucks how many don't seem to care about his issues as he too also had to face his demons battling with his addiction and alcohol problem. Nick did so much for his brother and Aaron went out of his way hurting his brother in the process taking advantage of him as he stabbed Nick in the back. That's so unfair to blame Nick for everything as he was blamed for his sister's death who died from an overdose. Aaron was very inconsiderate and selfish as he went out of his way to make sure he got what he wanted. His own mother even threw him under the bus cause he fired her as his manager as she was taking advantage of the access to all the money he made especially knowing she was a drunk herself. Nick loved Aaron very much, they may have had their problems and all but he did as much as he could for his little brother..

This literally made me cry. I identify so much with the Mental Health struggles that Aaron had. It's very hard when you reach out to family members and they just ignore you. The rejection is very painful. People need to have more empathy and understanding for friends and family members that are struggling.

His family didnt ignore him. Last time nick tried contacting Aaron, aaron told everyone nick was set out to murder Aarons pregnant girlfriend and filed a restraining order. Theres no rejection here, only a man who demanded to be left alone to play in his addiction. The only ones who are suffering now are his family, they have been for years at his abuse. His fans too. He would live chat constantly, telling fans they are "too fat to chat with him" or "too ugly" or "you look to poor to be on my stream". Hes a pos and being dead dosnt make his past less than that.

Poor Nick. I feel so bad for him. That was his little brother. I would be so devastated if I lost one of my sisters. He did so well holding back his tears, but nobody can hold back tears after a loss like that. Hang in there, Nick and family.

@@NA-ll7uy did you not see him breaking down on stage? Look up clips of the show, he broke down multiple times through the show, not just here. This is not just hitting Nick, it's hitting all of BSB, they have been in Aaron's life since he was very small. Maybe for Nick performing is helping him keep his mind off it and you also have to look at how him leaving is going to affect the shows and fans who paid to see him. They have a show tonight then one on the 10th then they come back to the states with their next show not being until December 6th. I say the Carter family is working Aarons viewing/funeral around BSB's tour schedule

It’s messed up how people are saying unkind things about Nick acting he didn’t do anything when he did a lot for his younger brother, as he did as much as he could even to help him. He’s been through so much as well and many don’t care to even give a damn about his issues he had to go through. His life was also a mess too with his addiction and his mom treating him like crap. Their family was so toxic and dysfunctional

Every time I see Nick in that video breakdown it made me cry it shows that he still loves him despite what happened the last few years I’m glad he still loves him. AC’s twin sister Angel said on Instagram that she talked to him 2 days before he passed away. Nick and Angel regularly visit each other when Nick is in California they are still rather close together.

They are all close knit family. The drugs and mental health issues just became the issue like with so many families including myself with loved ones struggling with it, some even losing their lives. It's pitiful the drugs and everything else in the country. 🥺

My love and abundant prayers are with you and your family. Nick Myself, and millions of others, were really rooting for Aaron to walk the right path. Our hearts are also broken, but more than anything, I pray he’s finally at peace. The truth is that it could be any one of us. When you suffer with addiction and mental illness, either one alone is enough to break someone, but combined… I cannot even imagine.💛🙏🕊

anyone who grew up with and know the backstreet boys also know how much nick loved his brother they both had a hard life growing up together it was a toxic dysfunctional family but they still were there for each other and always hugged each other after any fights .

Poor Nick... I have one little brother. I'm 34 and he's becoming 31 next month. He's a Christmas kid! I cant imagine losing him. I would be absolutely devastated and I dont think I could ever recover from that. I feel so bad for Nick, God only knows how much pain you must be in.

Yeah, I sincerely think it’s sad that Aaron turned out the way he did. I was a fan of him during my middle school days. Even when I got older and outgrew his music, I had nothing against him! NOR did I ever hop on the bandwagon of making fun of him. Nick and Aaron had a tough youth/childhood. But at least Nick had band members who were supportive and treated him like family. Had Aaron had that same Kind of support, he’d probably still be alive.

@@angelinamarie8606 thanks, I'm sorry your loss also, we recovered, but the dealer that killed our friend was arrested and charged with murder by fentantyl poisong, what's crazy he wasnt even a stranger or someone from a faraway town, he was an associate or an aqauntence I never met him but our friend did. Some people get blind sided by "making more money" but in the end, more money buys comfort and doesnt buy happiness, life is too short for people do be dealing all this drug dealing and harmful things to others.

Before you comment on this video do some research about Aaron and Nick's relationship. Aaron threatened to kill his wife, Lauren and their unborn baby. He was flashing weapons on his social media accounts. He was abusive to his girlfriend. It wasn't Nick's fault.

My most sincere condolences to Nick Carter for the loss of his brother. I know that these are very difficult times for him. Aaron was always very affectionate with his brother. Aaron also had enough talent to sing and dance like any young man who has that ability that is special, talented and cheerful. But well, my most sincere condolences for your loss.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

This is a true tragedy. I feel so deeply sorry for them both-Nick for needing that distance to give his brother tough love, and Aaron for losing his battle with mental illness and addiction.

My heart goes out to Nick Carter and the rest of the Carter family. And to the BSB friends and Aron's girlfriend and friends of his. I always saw his live Tic Tok feeds . He was trying real hard to be happy and work on his music. Drug addiction and mental illness are very hard to overcome without taking the proper medication the Dr prescribes . I will miss checking in on him on Tic Tok . God bless his soul . He will be missed. 🙏❤️🎶🕺🤗

Ugh, drugs/alcohol has touched so many of our lives, and so many of us have lost someone close to us to this scourge. It is so hard to love someone that is addicted and to know the beauty that is under all the drug addict behavior.... , I always wished there was a way to make the person see all the beauty they have inside, but sadly, so many never make it back. Lost a brother, several friends, and watched others close to me stuggle with it. So sad. Hang in there Nick, and know you are not alone.

Life is to short to be estranged from family. At the end if the day your family is all you have . My heart breaks for nick and he's family especially prince. Anyone struggling please get help before to late. I'm a recovery addict of 5 years. Your family will love you rather your a addict or not. A families love NEVER GOES AWAY. REMEMBER YOU MATTER . GET HELP BEFORE TO LATE.
