NonyaBusiness! My friends circle, since were from a mixed culture and religious background, are full of couples observing diff faiths. From what i have seen, if you mutually respect each others' faiths and agree not to interfere too much with each others beliefs system, harmony follows. It gets harder when the kids come along as then you will then have to decide what faith the kid practices. My husband and I agreed to raise our child Christian instead of Hindu like he is, but also agreed if our child wants to become a Jew or whatever when he grows up, we will respect that.

To say religious differences do not matter is to be unaware of the spiritual implications of different spiritual belief systems can have on the marriage home. So in a house it is best to be under one umbrella of spiritual belief/religious belief as people can be more spiritually and physically supportive towards one another and have the blessings from 'one' deity in whom they both acknowledge as the true path of religion.
