@arun nt kinda agree. he seemed to have so much promise at 17 but he doesn't seem to have progressed much. doesn't seem to be a hyper-responder to drugs and really hasn't packed on too much muscle since his first show

Anthonys reaction at 15:30 says it all.......great vid and great for him to see Nick training with that kind of form and intensity. Funny to see Nick trolling him little but also taking care of him. The difference in their size is some combination of ridiculous, hilarious and frightening. Posing practice at the end was hilarious.

Wise. Young Nick knows ,,, never lower bar all way down to chest /shoulders when doing seated bar press. Going all way down really kills tendons and hard on joints .down to chin level is perfect form. Wise workouts mean less injury. Wise man Indeed

Nick brought life back into bodybuilding. When the Predator Kai Greene left the sport 2014 bodybuilding died out for a while until Nick came along this year and changed all that!

Anthony is the coolest dude and so courageous. Being around all these big names must be hard and intimidating. I met Nick at the Olympia and you were a cool dude but also your presence was definitely intimidating. I hope Anthony just uses the people he’s around as a way to have motivation to accomplish similar things instead of comparing himself to them in a way that’s not beneficial. I know if I was in his position I would be very nervous but I think, Anthony if you’re reading this, that you are a beast and nothing less!

I love the constructive criticism lol plus it’s funny. I personally have no issue with the physique competitors, especially the pros, I think Anthony is still a good size and is dedicated and has always had major potential in him.
