Don't get me wrong, Nick Walker is a whole new breed of human metamorphosis. One of the strongest bodybuilders to come along in years. Regardless of his strength I do believe he can improve on his rear delt exercise technique. Using too heavy a weight with locked elbows as he does really limits his range of motion which will only lessen the more complete development he could be achieving with a fuller range of motion. Heavy weights for the compound movements and lighter weight used on isolation exercises to help in etching in the shape and detail. I do believe this is Nick's year to rise up to the very top of Mount Olympia. 💪🏆👑

A little tip you might like to try on the rope press down. Try doing these on your knees. When you do it really helps the stretch and blood pump. Then if you want to take the pump to the limit, do a superset right after with a small straight bar reverse press down half reps. Promise🌟💪😉👍

I like that you go by feel. I never pre plan my workouts. I just know what muscle groups I'm hitting and go off feel. Too much extra shit to think about doesn't work for me. No log book either. I know where I'm at with weights. Lookin huge, Nick.

Same as me mate the log books are good to track progress but you certainly don’t need them I can tell when I’m getting stronger and looking bigger that coupled with scale weight what else do you need really🤷‍♂️ the die hard log bookers might disagree but it’s worked great for me and just look at nick and say it doesn’t work

Nice motivation video Nick.nothing wrong with any of your videos Nick,they are all very entertaining an keeps me motivated but the main thing is that I'm watching a young riseing bodybuildering star riseing up to the heights of bodybuilding throught your training makeing aims an setting goals,every little training session is very important to you Nick in building up,an every little session I watch I know what it means to a bodybuilder so it's allways entertaining.an watching you in an out of the gym is an insight of the life of a very determined professional bodybuilder.an it's bloody hard work that you do,so keep it up Nick an keep it healthy we all love ya an want to see you succeed in your career of this life as a bodybuilder.your an eye opener, very challengeing entertaining stuff,we love it,💪💪👍an we all have bad days that's what sets the best from the rest cos it's the bad days that make you give up an think about negative stuff,but only the ones that have the bad days that go through it without a twich gets to there goal,bad days are just a normal day,it's how you deal with it,nothing wrong with bad days lol,love them too 🤣keep going champ,💪💪👍

You look like what I just started doing with rear delts on D machine. You can do heavier weight if you do partials so I’ve been doing the heavier partials first and then a drop for full range.

Great idea about working in reverse rear front middle. On the press I’ve heard numerous things take it to below chin take it eye level take it chin level and do you keep the seat at level 1 or do you decline it a little

I'm a big believer on do what feels comfortable for you and what gives you the best pump/ contraction. One thing I always try to tell people is not everyone is the same so what feels good for me might not feel good for you :)

@@barrydeiter1192 Did you get really weaker? Or weaker with proper form compared to ego lifting? Why does strength matter? If you are a strength athlete, leave this form for the end of your workout for tut excrecises.

@@Nagy.Patrik yes got weaker. Ive trained for 6 years. I have always trained like dorian yates high intensity made me the best muscle/strenght. Few months ago i switch up to nick walker reps. Slow negativ. Before i pressed 40kg db shoulder press for 13 reps when i slowed down got 7. Also my ohp, bench went down. Got weaker overall. Lost a lill bit size. Didn't work for me. But for Nick it does. Anyway ive always trained for both worlds strenght/bodybuilding. Made me the best muscle/veins. Always have proper form even with my faster reps than Nick. And i go deeper than Nick db press etc. Sorry for my bad English.
