i think in the world of amusement parks like this, there's something called "food psychology" and it's simply because of profit, and i think this is how it works : when you're in the amusement park and had several enjoyment, you definitely feel hungry and thirsty without realizing, plus the weather and crowd also affects how much you feel it. and when you want to buy some foods, you feel confused because there's so many options like cheap, tasty, big, sweet, etc. and all of them are separated to make you even more confused to choose which one should be ordered first. this is why some foods taste perfect but also horrible at the same time, forcing you to find out another food to complete the taste. and the last step is addiction. the first time you taste one food in there, you'll definitely want more. you simply don't stop until you're either full or want to buy some more to bring it home.

Typhoon lagoon at disney world has THE BEST food ever! when i went there in 2022 they had hei hei the chicken themed dole whip and other creative dole whips and tacos and funnel cake (and they are crispy and light and fluffy inside) i promise it is worth visiting typhoon lagoon

The skewers at Bengal BBQ is one of my favorite things to eat when I visit. And yes, the sauce for the beef ones are very heavy on the pepper, but trust me, without it, it gets really salty due to the large amount of soy sauce they use as the base.

I’ve eaten several dishes at Disneyland over the years and I have to say a lot of them are defiantly mediocre in quality for the prices they sell them at. The turkey leg I would agree is defiantly one of the best dishes you can ever get in the park. Unfortunately some snacks from the snack carts and eateries are only mediocre at best and that applies to both Disneyland and California Adventure.

Conclusion: Disney Land is not the happiest place on earth

Honestly, Disneyland doesn’t have the best. Ca adventure has some amazing bf food and their food festival during spring is amazing. The only thing I really crave for straight Disney is the clam chowder bowl outside of pirates. And I’ve had passes for years I’ve just gone for a ride or to hang out. McCarthy circle is fun to eat at too
