Dancing on My Own and No Matter What are beautiful songs also. He is a favorite artist of mine, his voice is haunting. What is really sad is that this was filmed in Kyiv, Ukraine years before the war. Heartbreaking, the city was so elegant, I hope it survives as well as Ukraine’s Freedom. In 2017 this song had over 1 Billion views. Fairplay!!

Calum Scott has one of my favorite voices in music. You are the Reason was the first professional recording of his that I heard after Britain's Got Talent. If you want another unique voice, you need to react to Eva Cassidy, Over the Rainbow. She makes the song fully her own, unique, and poignant. You will not regret hearing her voice.

I love Callum's voice, it has, in a way, the same "touching" quality that Bobby Hatfield (from the Righteous Brothers) had, and that's a HUGE compliment, because Bobby is one of my all time favourite singers. And btw....more Dimash or Tim Minchin soon? Please? 🙏

Calum has struggled so much in his life. All his friends abandoned him when he came out at age 13- he has a beautiful song called Boys in the Street which was inspired by this experience. The only person who has a similar tone that affects me as much as this is Matt Corby. When they hit their falsetto your heart melts!

I believe you’re an empath like me. You like music that makes you FEEL something. Being an empath also speaks to why you’ve chosen the career you have. You have to have empathy to be a psychiatric/mental health nurse! I use my empathy with animals as a vet tech and pet sitter.

My taste for music is quite eclectic, but you go further that I could ever do. Hahaha. Calum is by far my favorite singer and person (among celebrities), I'm just "in love" with him. You asked in other videos what songs we recommend for you to hear. OMG... All of them? His two first albums are awesome. He always seems to sing my heart and mind out. I couldn't name just one: if our love is wrong, what I miss most, hotel room, run, biblical, rise, at your worst... I guess now that you have gotten to know him, you have listened to most of these songs. I'm just so happy that I found him. I would suggest replacing croaky with "raspy" it is a term most singers, and others in the music industry use to refer to his voice.
