rs3l came from a union pacific quite some time ago, all original, dust covers and RR paint are still over the bells
38 gallons of air @120psi starting off

This is definitely the best representation of the beautiful Leslie RS3L that anyone has ever brought to the table!!! Only problem I have with this video is that it's only 2 minutes. Super impressive!!!

Here in Brazil, this horn is used by Vale Dash 9 and without a doubt it is one of the most beautiful horns in existence
