It will sound weird but basically he is built like frank zane. He has big muscle groups which are located on the outside. Arms,shoulder,lats. He isn't dense and he lacks leg size. But he is a qualified pro

These two dudes are the future of the sport. This is the kind of thing we would have seen with Flex, Ronnie, Jay if you tube was around 20 years ago. This is true bodybuilding until it gets to competition time. Help each other build but when it's close to competition we ain't friends lol. Good content man

It's nice to see Blessing being humble and recognising that hes still learning. You bounce off each other well, I think he makes you go heavier and you make him go stricter. When it's comp time if you two could cut the fooling around and 100% focus the whole workout, it'd make for some insane workouts

@@sidtay8083 I read my comment back and I can see how it could be interpreted as though I'm saying theyre not training hard or fucking around. I don't mean that at all. I'm talking when it's 6 weeks out, low carbs, depleted states and still able to go that extra level and push each other during the sets. The joking around is good to an extent it reduces cortisol abit, but in my opinion for a champion mindset that couple hours in the gym should be laser focused on the muscle. Having someone that thinks the same way and is willing to push you beyond that and you could have something special.
