Fins are what most windsurfers do, so slalom X is something we can relate to. Watching it is extremely fun! Keep going!

I'm watching this and constantly thinking that you need to give yourself more credit for your performance. Look at the final section where you comment on how disappointed you are to get your best result so far, then Jordy is clearly so pleased and happy to be improving. You need a bit more of that. And when you won your semi, Ben Profit was saying "This will give him confidence" but you were totally down on yourself (!). Take some time to congratulate yourself. All these people are watching these videos and rooting for you - give yourself some credit! Embrace the positive spirit and get a bit more joy from what you're achieving.

Bump and jump, rock and roll, windsurfing has got the X factor. This is what slalom used to be and has come back to life. Great work Nico and the PWA. Would be great for all competitors to have GPS trackers so we can see how fast the best in the world are. Sailors seem to be loving it, mega action and thanks for bringing excitement back to the sport. Would love to see you guys do this in the Gorge.

This is great reporting, and it’s fantastic to see that fin racing is back, just like in the old days. It’s that magical combination of skill, strength, guts and a bit of luck that makes it so rewarding to watch. Drone footage is the icing on the cake. Are we ready to make windsurfing “sellable” again?

This is much more interesting than the normal slalom in terms of attractiveness and the ability and endurance of the driver. This is 100% fun+ drone footage is brutal to watch!

The level of all the sailors has been impressive in these conditions, they have all given their best in talent, physically and mentally. Controlling the board at that speed in these conditions requires incredible concentration, just a simple chop can ruin the race. Great sport, great competition and a great show.

I really enjoy the new format, fins are much more fun to watch race but the jumps etc make it much more exciting and engaging in my opinion. I’m also interested in seeing if it impacts gear production in the next couple years

Don't be too hard on yourself for not getting quite the result you were working for. I'm in my 20th year of every hobby surfer's life long goal to complete a powerjibe - and still far from it :) To all of us you are a great inspiration. You guys did it again as always, amazing! thank you. I watch the whole live yesterday but was still glued to your video. I love the before and after race chats at the beach, it really gives us guys at home a chans to know the riders a little bit better. 6:30 the chat between Maciek and Matteo and your summary 12:00 that is absolute GOLD, the emotions really goes thru the screen! thanks for the great work and effort.
