It can be treated separately? WTO requires a physical border through Ireland if no deal happens. This is not feasible. You are saying that voting against a no deal is in violation with the referendum? Let me give you some violations and legislations. The referendum campaigns were overusing their budgets which is illegal and should cancel the validity of the referendum itself. Moreover you voted to leave the EU. Nothing more. Nothing less.
