The whopping 220 million dollars is enough to build a 50 floors tower, but the developer is trying to balance it with heights and quality both the inside and outside of the tower. This is a tower that will span over 180m heights; So tell if Nairobi has up to 15 building that surpassed this height?

Not only is height one of the developers' priorities, but its topmost priority is to replicate the façade and interior of the building to look like an apartment in Dubai. Unlike other developers that focuses on height while giving the client a mediocre interior and exterior design, Sujimoto's Leonardo is doing the opposite, which is why the projects costs a whooping 225 million dollars. If you have an obsession with Nigeria erecting a structure that is 200 meters or longer, keep an eye out for the Eko Atlantic City project, and I guarantee you will take back what you said.

Wow! Kenya, was it built by a Kenyan. They have some of the most beautiful shopping malls built by Mzungus foreigner. Which building have you constructed in Africa?
