I remember a few years back one of the top songs in Nigeria 🇳🇬 was “Oh I got your money 💰 “. Literally a song about stealing from Americans.

I should not have sent $2500 to the Nigerian Barrister to release Cousin Eddie's money.

The reason you couldn't click on the name is due do the seller blocking the admin (you)!
@tjgsomethingАй бұрын
The names you can't click on are people who have blocked you. You can see their name because you are admin of the group, but not able to view the profile. So if you can't click the name, BAM! BANNED! For some reason scammers block admin in hope that their bad posts won't be seen. Wrong!

On behalf of honest Nigerians whom will never take away from others I say take my sincere apologies for this criminals. I just wish people don’t fall for this scam. And I may also add that they also scam people in Nigeria as well.

Anytime I try selling anything on Facebook marketplace I always get someone who never seems to understand English and is using a translator messaging me. I treat those as scams too
@Briansv8Ай бұрын
So true. If that shit looks fake...it is fake! Worst is the numb nuts who try to offer some b.s. low offer on something you're selling. Your videos are a trip Bob. Especially exposing scammers asking for funeral money. Good for you for sharing...

Thank You Uncle BOB ! Loved it !

I currently live in Italy and there´s so many scammers from Africa on Facebook marketplace, like the majority of DMs you´ll get are from African scammers. P.S I´m originally from Sweden and I myself do use ( did use ) "Kind regards" or "Best regards". Though the Americans have taught me to skip the "kind" part.

It's not uncommon for people to buy back their "wrecked" cars from the insurance company and get them fixed. I guess people see those videos on KZfaq and it legitimises the process and they don't see the scam
@Kahuna_550Ай бұрын
Bob you can set up Admin assist rules in your group. Do it to where FB accounts not older than one month can request to join, and accounts have to be members for 3 days before allowed to post and comment. Should help out 👌

Copart only sells whole vehicles not parts.

Nigerians sell no parts at all. They just steal your money.

I know these videos are catered to the uninformed (or me who find these things entertaining) but it’s so obvious that half of these things you have to believe is a scam. There’s lots of initiatives along the way that will raise red flags. Not sure how people are falling for this things. And this is coming from me who isn’t that well educated. It’s just called common sense.

Bob i just watch all your videos. Don't worry i don't fall for any scams. While i was looking for a vehicle for over a year i dealt with one scammer with an east indian accent (on the phone) who was supposedly selling a 2008 toyota corolla... lol he wanted money before i would be able to get the car ! .. Lol... i said "i'm not giving money without having the car " lol and that was pretty much where things ended shortly after that lol. I ended up getting a local elderly owned ,by the original owner, 2010 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder model with 6 speed automatic transmission. It only had just rolled 71,000 kilometers at the end of november when i bought it ! I now have 80,500 kilometers on it ! OH and Bob.... it is your favourite colour .... sandy gold ! (sarcasm) but it is sandy gold actually LOL! It may be boring but like you say , if you do the proper maintenance a toyota will last a very long time !
