🥒ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.
If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

I am an 23 year old Australian Man who has grown up with 4 mates from Nigeria since I was 7 and we have been talking about moving over there the last 12 years or so. We are so sick of our country becoming more and more about money and control. Yes it happens everywhere but at least over in Nigeria the 99% seem to just be happy to be alive. I am so blessed I was given 4 best friends who helped me see true happiness. After watching these video's on African Cusine from this man I only want to move there more. Hopefully we can actually move there, I don't know if they would accept us, or me at least. But I won't stop until I find out, never stop chasing your dreams! ✌

The only cure for materialism is the cleansing of the six senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind). If the senses are clogged, one's perception is stifled. The more it is stifled, the more contaminated the senses become. This creates disorder in the world, and that is the greatest evil of all. Polish the heart, free the six senses and let them function without obstruction, and your entire body and soul will glow.
