Night Fishing Texas City Dike with **LIVE SHRIMP**

Great vid dont know if it will help you but if I'm running one canister light I turn the bulb so filament horizontal it makes light wider in water

Great video man just like when my brother and I go hittin each other with the fish 🐟 constantly trying to outdo each other ....lemme show you where they are real quick. Use some cut bait on a bigger pole out there and the giant reds will come for it you just better be ready.

If yu want to catch alot specks and flounder go and try Moses lake bro or go over to highlands bayou in LaMarque. I was born in Galveston but grew up fishing the entire gulf coast graduated from texas city lived there for 33 years after graduating high school #go stings in 1987 joined the navy went seals after boot camp spent 17 years team 4 then went army delta force 5 years. But trust me those places I told you about give them a shot loved seeing the dike again until next time tight lines bro.

I started off kayak fishing the mosses lake area, lots of memories of the flood gate. I’ve been wanting to target Texas City more because it’s always been a spot I wrote off as “too pressured” so I made it my goal to go and catch fish there. We went and hit the dike again last night. Very slow bite, but the one fish I got on was worth it!! Thank you for your service & watching the videos. I’ll have to give those spots a try after I’m finished with my business at the dike!

Last time I put my boat in folks were blasting Tejano music at the boat ramp with huge speakers. Made an unpleasant experience.

@@RGCfishingg my buddy told me that same day when I was out there that you were there. Was gonna come say hi lol. But I had my surf rods casted put so couldn't move.

@@civicturbo11 thats to bad. I need to get me a legit surf rod so I can go do a video out on the beach. I’ve been using my jetty rod at the dike but I feel like 9’ won’t cut it out in the surf.

Noticed you seem to be using spinning gear exclusively for a while now. Any reason for the change up?

When I came back from my long fishing break I kept back lashing over and over again. I just got tired of it & started throwing the spinners only😂 funny story when we were out at the dike I tried using my pops bait caster & it was going good for a bit but on the third or 4th cast I got a nasty backlash and sent the lure flying. 😂😂

The fishing was fine. I was bothered by the massive subwoofer vibrating my ear drums. Not a big deal either way was still a fun night.
