I boight this book when it first came out. Does that mean it doesnt have the second set of pictures with the changes?

Yes when first published Night Garden had straight duplicates.

Thanks for letting me know! There is no reason why it is not available in France, and it is available in other Amazon European countries. So I have written to Amazon requesting some help 😊 Update - Night Garden is now available for purchase from Amazon France
