This is a great, but virtually unknown, movie. One of my favorites.

Years ago, I saw this movie late one night when I couldn't sleep and have been hoping to see it again. One of those interesting and well done films that kinda fall through the cracks. All the cast is excellent, the story is exciting and well written

What does this have to do with cannabis?

+Travis Kraft During the period from 1945 up to construction of the Berlin Wall in 1961 there were kidnappings and incidents caused by military personnel inadvertently crossing borders. Some times they were tossed back, sometimes they were held to create a controversy and some civilians never returned. As the Western allies did not recognize the German Democratic Republic, but did recognize it as the Soviet occupation area, dealings were indirect. Peck's character is expressing frustration by calling the opposition "cannibals." It's not helpful to readers with limited English to drag in "cannabis."

I thought someone got caught with cannabis. I misunderstood it. I guess the USA should have never bothered fighting Germany.
