I swear every time I tell someone that I'm not fine they just laugh about it cus they think I'm lying but when I tell them that I'm fine they ask me I'm I'm sure and some think I'm lying so they'll say it's rude to lie and it's disrespectful and then I'm telling them that I'm really not fine and they just call themselves not fine and laugh when they do Happens every time..

You can't tell people to stop being depressed. I hope you know that there are conditions where people are always depressed and may not act like it but you have to see their home life before you can say anything. I'm clinically depressed with mdd and pdd. I'm depressed no matter where I go. I even get lost in my own thoughts at times. I know there's people who are over dramatic but still you have to know what their home life is before you call them over dramatic. If I sound rude I'm not trying to be. I'm just trying to tell you that there are actual people who are struggling with mental conditions and life. It's not like I try to focus on the bad, I just have mental conditions that don't help me and I need medical help to get through it. Life is a struggle for me too. I've actually started picking up bad habits again because it is getting overwhelming again.
