I will buy you Enshrouded so you don't have to suffer in Nightingale e: sounds like they patched up many things that should have been fixed before release. Going to be hard to unring that bell. Also "enemy AI" has not been addressed

Dude, thank you for this video, I mean it. some of the bugs and server lag and missing QoL mechanics is why I stopped playing. I love survival games, I don't mind the slow grind, I find their game to be a bit too much grind but mostly because of the lack of some QoL features (such as craft from storage standard in many games now) or craft queues that would have made the grind feel less like grind and part of a more streamlined experience and loop. I also hope they fixed materials above basic trees and rocks not respawning.

Let me just start by saying I WANT to love Nightingale games but, the crafting is kind of pointless without some kind of story to push you forward, and when I played at release it was the same 3ish quests over and over through multiple biomes along with the same 2-3 puzzles and, the same several creatures in each biome with different flavors. I never really got far with crafting because it was so boring and repetitive that we quit after getting to the desert biome. Don't get me wrong I love the theme of nightingale and the idea of portal to other worlds and I wanted badly for it to be good but it was release as and empty husk of a game. Also I am happy to grind if there is some kind of payoff visible and this game never showed me there was any point to progressing
