The local cops informed the secret service of a suspicious subject who apparently was outside of "SS perimeter". Bystander accounts say this guy bear claimed up to the roof with rifle in full view. Secret Service or local cops say roof was too steep/slanted pitch to station security there. What a disgraceful display by all parties involved. This seems like it could and should have been prevented. And the passing of the buck goes on. Why do we Americans put up with this dog & pony BS? WHY? From an EMT-Paramedic for 15 years: Ears are difficult to bandage. You would use a bandage that large for a wound that just occurred. I would also use kerlix around the head to hold it in place. I would not use that bandage for something that is not actively bleeding. Considering he didn’t use it when golfing the morning after, I’d say this is more for show than anything. A square bandaid would work better and be less cumbersome, but wouldn’t be nearly as visible.

Because police work has been so demonized in this country, that a lot of qualified people are not applying anymore. Used to be they chose people that scored 90 or above on entrance exams to the academy. Now, they have so few applicants they will hire those scoring 75-85, that in the past would have been passed over…

I’ve been a lifelong viewer of nbc….lester holt once one of my favorite newscasters. But nbc and journalists are obviously biased. The day he calls out that liar, traitor and criminal trump I may start watching again. It’s a pity I need to watch our news from British Broadcasting to get truth. Lester holt, and nbc are a huge disappointment. I can’t trust them after decades of watching.
