They eat whole chickens if they're hungry and not being fed. They'll just switch to chomping down on the other livestock. Elephant sized horses would be a predator species.

There is no universe where BOTH these horses and humans as the loosely defined dominant species on this planet can both exist. Even a herd of one hundred elephants is enormous. Imagine if they could fly and had the speed of horses? That is a weapon to surpass metal gear.

The first one I did that with was supposed to be a rocket ship, but I decided “you know what? I’m going to make it so that it’s an abandoned rocket ship that got attacked by some space squid that may or may not still be residing within the broken shell of the vehicle” I think I was like 10???? Anyway pottery class was my goth phase I Think.
