This is a very basic, a very simple routine, which you can customise with your actives like vitamin C, Retinol, niacinamide, exfoliants & so on. Indian pharmacy skincare is honestly a well kept secret and so many amazing products are available for a fraction of the price from that what is sold in retail. I’m still discovering a few, myself. These are all over the counter products. All products used above are free of fragrance, essential oils and drying alcohol. They are sensitive skin friendly too. They do not contain any ingredients that could be deemed unsafe for pregnancy or breast feeding, however, please check with your doctor as each pregnancy is different. Products mentioned: ⏺ Cetaphil gentle cleanser This would be ideal for normal, dry, dry acne prone skin and sensitive skin. If you’re looking for oily combination skin washes, the @simpleskincareindia gel wash is great and the @beminimalist__ salicylic acid wash for oily acne prone skin. These aren’t pharmacy brands though. ⏺ Hyalugel Plus hydrating gel I’m so impressed with this gel. A perfect hydrating, non comedogenic, non oily gel that would work as a moisturiser for oily skin and is a hydrating serum/gel pre moisturiser for all other skin types. ⏺ Emolene moisturising cream I’ve noticed most dry skin creams are moisturising but also greasy, but nope, not this one. Moisturises skin but doesn’t let it feel oily. If your skin is oily, do skip on this one. ⏺ Lanolin Nip care Note that Nipcare is originally designed for breastfeeding mothers to apply on dry, cracked nipples however, it also works effectively on dry patches and lips. I think this beats the expensive lip masks for me. It’s so enriching! The only off thing is, it does have a medicinal smell to it, but I’m now used to it after using it several times. Disclaimer - I’m not a dermatologist. The video is based on trial and research. Please do your own research and patch test before use.

So i bought the exact same products after trying out really expensive stuff on my face and failing to get results... Recently due to the weather my skin was really irritated to such an extend that it started peeling off... I used to apply the Neutrogena hydroboost gel and it is a good product.. But on irritated skin ...I don't think so... The area around my nose and lower cheek used to burn so badly after applying it.. But to my utter surprise, the emolene cream did not burn and even got rid of my dry skin with a span of 3 days. I also use the tretinoin cream for my dark spots and open pores which was given my dermatologist.. But tarini didi... You just solved my biggest issue... I was fed up after trying hell lot of natural remedies and expensive creams and now I am not going to change these products for anything... I love you to the core and thank you for being genuine...🤩
