@@SaltyMouse10 try CBD. There is a chance. It is helping me with a few stuff. Also i really hope he doesnt taking any klonazepan type of "meds". That is litelarly damaging the brain. I had to take them (was 14). It made me epileptic as well. Personally I only found CBD useful. I ma not having big seisures. Only small ones. Not perfect, but slowly it is getting better, and less frequent after 8 years. Hope you can find some safe alternative as well.

Some dogs are afraid of men. You notice Molly Mae had no issues with Keeley. but the take-charge male paramedics pushed all her red buttons. I'm guessing, actually not much of a guess really, that her owner's had problems with men in the past but Molly's experience with women was much nicer on the whole. So she's far more defensive with people who smell like men.

Very true. To the contrary, I’ve had friends who’ve _become_ poor, often unemployed, and even homeless _because of epilepsy._ How is somebody supposed to afford their seizure meds when they can’t drive (because of possibility of seizures), therefore can’t get to many jobs - and straight up cannot do many jobs in case of a seizure while working?? Awful, unnecessary cycle :(

There were plenty of medics on site and even though he sounded out of it still he was able to carry a conversation. And then there was Molly. As long as the patient was agitated, Molly was not going settle. By allowing the patient to have a quick cigarette as they set everything up, they gave him a chance to even out his breathing and pulse, showed Molly they were okay.

This is Beautiful paramedic and police work! The dog is just confused and scared, I have a seizure alert dog, she doesn't get aggressive as she has to behave since she's a service animal, but she lays ontop of me and stays with me when I have seizures. *Note I wouldn't recommend this dog for service work as it's Aggressive, however I can understand how the dog can sense it and freak out be and so scared for their owner. Dogs bond with their owners truely for life and that's their family. Overall just amazing work and I applaud Keeley for being so calm and understanding, the dog with be taken care of and they will probably drive it to someone who can care for it, usually they try to take the dog to the other caretakers first before putting them in the shelter, it's so nice to see officers caring for this scared and confused dog. Truely awesome work!

@bill cosby it should be taken out of taxpayers money. I think about 5 billion out of the hundreds of billion dollars would cover medication.

@bill cosby well actually the incredibly complicated and nontransparent environment sets the list price for drugs with very little relation to the true resources used to produce the specific drug. While the pharmaceutical industry contends that its burden of research and development leads to such high prices, the accumulating evidence, according to comprehensive reports, does not support this contention. We have lost sight of the core goal for the critically important industry of healthcare. You think profitability > human life? It needs to be reevaluated.
@reversepolarity8981
@reversepolarity8981 3 жыл бұрын
@bill cosby The research & development of drugs is managed just fine in other countries where healthcare/prescriptions are socialized, because their taxpayer dollars are allotted differently than we do here. The US has an astronomical military budget, while our veterans and the uninsured/those in poverty get screwed over. Furthermore, private drug companies engage in price gouging to such a degree that it causes an otherwise relatively inexpensive drug to be untouchable to those without insurance. Companies can still make profits while maintaining affordability to the customer.

@@kushkitten why doesn't he take generics? I never buy name brand medicine. People complain about the price of name brands and won't but generics which are literally the same thing.

I have a seizure dog - a trained service dog. A service dog would never be mean or violent to people. My service dog doesn’t even know how to growl or bark. Yes, my seizure dog will lay on me when I am having a seizure but she can be pulled away safely.

I don’t think he ever said it was a seizure dog. I think he’s homeless and that’s just his dog, which also lays on him during seizures not because she’s trained but because she’s concerned and wants to be close and protect him. I agree service dogs should never be aggressive, but he never claimed it to be one.

That's normal behavior for a seizure dog. Their trained to protect their owner while having a seizure so anyone who would take him away or move him would be considered dangerous to him. That's a good dog right there. A lot of them will lay down so you fall on them instead of hitting the ground or will stand on them so the don't get up in a post ictle state and hurt themselves. He was probly like hey I need to protect my dad!
