The jealous band members really screwed up when they fired her. She is an incredible talent and the girls who replaced her weren't nearly as good.

They should've never let her go. Very sad

She might still been there to this day if they did the sixth album and let Tarja do some solo. They’re on hiatus at moment, no doubt to let Diva floor do her stuff, she having seen how well Tarja is doing must do same.

Tarja was the diva, always has been... that was one part of the original problem... traveling separately from the band, complaining about doing smaller shows in smaller cities, threatening the band that she's the star, etc. It's all well documented at this point. On the other hand, I've never seen anything from any source- anywhere, stating Floor is doing anything "diva" at all- ever, lol. Look, if you love this era and are team Tarja that's fine, but don't make up lies to fit your narrative.

Sorry, but I couldn't disagree more. I actually hope that someday they will allow Floor to overdub her vocals onto the old albums and release them as special editions. Tarja is a great singer, but NW took a huge step forward when Floor joined. I'm sure on this post I'll get nailed from all the Tarja fans, which is fine, but when I listen to this, then something like Wacken '13, and I hear songs like Ever Dream done by both ladies, it's just no contest. Floor has so much more power, more control, and a fullness Tarja just doesn't have. Tarja has a hard accent, a hollow sound, and a tint on her voice when she hits her highs. Some prefer this, of course, but I don't... Floor is much better suited to front NW. Tarja was first, Floor is last and forever... :)

No worries, Floor is a mature, confident artist and she sure does it in her own way - like her epic Ghost Love Score rendition that seems to have broken KZfaq. 😄 Floor has said it herself in interviews that she doesn't try to be anyone else than herself. As every artist should. Floor is also the most diverse vocalist of the three and her technique is phenominal, so she can offer a much wider selection of vocal choises - which Tuomas has exploited to the full: "Where do I breath?" Floor asked when she saw what she was supposed to sing for Human :II: Nature. Tuomas answered: "In the end of the album". 🤣

Floor tries very hard to be Tarja and is constantly doing everything that Tarja does including all the songs that are Tarja masterpieces still to this day. Unlike Anette who did her own thing and wasn’t bothered about it, floor still feels she’s under Tarja’s shadow and has to do everything that Tarja did and does to prove that she is better than Tarja, and she fails spectacularly every time. Like she’s an attention-seeking Diva. She decent but doesn’t excel in anything.

Я вот никак не могу взять в толк одну вещь: либо Тарье тяжело даются быстрые песни (особенности голоса или ещё что-нибудь) и она не попадает в ритм, либо неправильно настраивают мониторы...
