Terrible ending. They should have taken turns slapping her at the end and then work for her or just leave because once her dad leaves the building, she will go back to the same behaviour.

I love this ending. Not always revenge, court, etc. Realization, apology, forgiveness and second chance are a lot more powerful than any punishment. We are all humans. We get arrogant and make big mistakes in our lives as well. When we can forgive ourselves for our mistakes, why not others? So, please forgive, never forget and move on. On the other hand, if she had not apologized genuinely, the employees could always quit/file complaint.

Let us be practical. This doesn’t happen in a country like India. Here the population is quite high. So, every employer knows you can be easily replaced. If you resign, there will be 10 others waiting in line to get your job.

That is way the boss or the CEO of the company should be very calm and understanding. The boss should treat his subordinates as friends and take the company to higher level. Rough behaviour of the boss will ruin the company.

Actually Even she's angry she is doing for her company, i think female bosses are the best at being strict and punctual environment, they might be angry at doing a mistake, or late for project, even if the mistake our or the employee, apologize it's not good argue with female boss,if the salary is good nothing is matters I had one female team lead who was always strict and angry with because i was intern, but actually it helps me to get work even under lots stress

I worked for 40+years in Manufacturing Industry & at Corporate office as well. I had hardly came accross such bosses having extreme rude behaviour. By &large bosses are trying to be with Team, they take care of their staff. Off course there are few exceptions to this. Such Videos are imaginery. Stop making such nonsense Videos. These are against law of Land
