All your comments were about ease of putting them on but did you think about how awesome of a shoe these are for leg amputees. I myself am a double leg amputee and these were my fathers day gift. I love them.

I have a pair of these and I love them. they are excellent shoes. the hands free element is key for me. these work like a dream. the only color they had available in my size was a brown, which I was not thrilled with, but I wanted the shoes, so I got the brown. it turns out this brown is really more of a rose gold color, so it turns out I love the color now as well. I could not be happier with these shoes. they are so easy to put on for me. they are genuinely hands free. they fit perfectly. and they are very solid, good shoes. love them!

I read that Nike actually purchased licenses from Hands-free Labs, the parent company of Kizik. Makes sense that the converse collapsible heel looks very similar to Kiziks.

For me there was the same extra room in the tip, but the shoe wasn't wide enough. Will try a size up next.

I have a pair of these for three months and here are something I was thinking: Pros: -very comfortable for walking or light jogging -easy to put on and off -kinda anti-slippery comparing to other Nike shoes Cons -starting to feel lose on the 3rd month -sole wears out quick - not suitable for high intensity sports (at least for me), I almost twist my ankle during burpees

Got them in my regular size and my foot doesnt slip out well after I open them when taking them off, so its easier taking them off with them closed

The rubber part is there to keep the two parts together. So yeah, I think it's kinda necessary

I got my pair in crimson orange go flyese juggalos yea !! ! Let’s hope Nike now makes more fire models with beater materials and have more availability than before Nike this are really if everyone just stops being so critical and give this kicks a break they are actually a lot beater than expected this will grow up on everyone I am sure of that just give this kicks a break and go out and sport them. Def needs improvements on materials and design but not 2 bad .

This shoes is unique. I like it. I love laceless shoes as I the kind of person that is super lazy to tie my shoes. I felt very tiring and it’s a waste of time and super annoying to tie shoes always and untie it when I get home. I always goes for laceless shoes. This is the kind of shoes that I want! In it's design, its a first gen product and it shows. But it bodes well for what Nike wants to do with it for future models. Hopefully with an *option* for laces so you can personalise the fit of the top instead of relying purely on an elastic material, but still keep the laceless model for the disabled demographic

Skechers has very similar shoes as these. Readily in stock unlike Nike. They create this issue with the majority of their models

It’s so great that all these famous people get to unbox these shoes! I mean that’s what disabled people want right? They just want to see popular people wear them and not be able to buy them themselves. Not to mention the teens who are disabled and their families who can’t afford these shoes because we have to pay for things that non disabled kids never have to think about like wheelchair, meds, attorneys for IEP’s, modified clothing, doctors visits, specialty cab rides to and from doctor appts. So if you review a shoe for disabled people, maybe you should live in this world and then review. As a parent with a child who has CP and right side paralysis, we struggle to find any shoe he can independently put on and take off himself. Maybe they were really designed for people with disabilities. I can 100% see the design concept would be extremely helpful to my son. This review is frustrating to hear when you don’t seem to struggle with the reason Nike designed it. Maybe have some who has a disability review it to be more accurate.

your forgetting the main point behind producing these shoes. They were made for a kid who can't bend over and tie laces, because he has cerebral palsy. So ya YOU would rather shoes with laces, but would a kid with cerebral palsy???

Imma be honest, this is so stupid and finicky I don't think it will last over a year in daily use. For the purpose, it was made for (people with disabilities), it is excellent, but overall I think Nike designers were high when making these shoes.

Please don't buy the shoe. Leave it for disabled people. This shoe has been out of stock to resellers and people who don't need them. Go cop Jordans and Lows if you're not disabled.
