I lost 110 lbs. in about 10 months. I lost on average around 2 lbs. a week! It can be done and all I did for exercise was walk for 30 and then 45 minutes a day; Nikocado is probably still obese though.

Nikocado was force feeding so much each day that the time he lost weight wasn’t even through hard work or conscious effort. All he had to do was stop mukbanging constantly for a little while and he was down 90lbs right away. Then returned to mukbanging and gained it back That guy really has great genetics to be lean - it’s insane how much effort it takes for someone like him to maintain that level of obesity in the first place :p
