Bought the 10×30 (my main one is the kowa BDII XD 8×42) and it's nice. So bright, didn't expect that from a 30 mm bino

How do you release the diopter adjustment ring? I have pulled it out, but it still won't move. Is it defective?

Can you attach eye piece covers to the starp so we don't loose those ?

For users with glasses is 42 better than 30 for the eye relief? I want to go for 30 for the size and weight but will it affect people wearing glasses?

The 10x30 only has an exit pupil diameter of 3mm. Do you find that difficult to use? I was tossing up between the 8x30 (3.75mm exit pupil) or the 10x42 (4.2mm exit pupil) and decided to go for the 10x42 since I wanted a slightly brighter image that can be used in less than ideal conditions and for some casual star gazing as well. They are in the post so I will let you know how they go when they arrive.

@@inSaNe_44 Yeah the 10x42 are great. They’re a bit big to take hiking etc so 10x30 would be more portable but the image is really nice.

I pop them in the carry case. A total pain, wish they were tethered but great binos.

Can a P7 10x42 be mounted to a tripod does it have a tripod socket mount

Hello Brian, We are sorry for the delay in our reply. The Monarch P7 does not have a Tripod mount socket. As an alternative, the Monarch M5 is tripod mountable.
