worthless in my case....... doors are not closing properly

Who assembled the unit? If it was Nilkamal, write to them with the snaps and get it replaced. There must be some deformation in a door panel which is causing the door not to close properly or you have kept a lot of weight on top of the cupboard which presses against the door cutout.
