Oh I do wish folks wouldn't criticise Nima Arkani Hamed , he is absolutely brilliant and we should all be grateful for his lectures.

Criticizing shouldn't be a problem. At least when considering the constructive kind. A well supported theory should hold up well, or at least be aware of the criticism on the way forward. That's how we get robust theories. Doesn't mean we shouldn't be grateful though.

I fail to understand why instead of printing the lecture in a readable piece, the lecture is hand written and unreadable.

The universe is inevitable not because of GR+QM but due to QC. The algorithm of which is not known and will remain so. Life is also a QC function.

I got his number on this. I can't draw either so I make up for it with praiseworthy stationery

The universe is a QC function (Maldacena), self-organizing, self-simulating, infinite dimensional, fine tunes the parameter space, intelligently designed to produce 'life', algorithm unknown, somehow takes advantage of scrambled quantum states (resulting from measurement), eliminating randomness/chance, protecting life in a violent/dangerous universe, so we can survive and evolve. LIFE is also a QC function (SMNH), enables us to repair/regenerate 50-70 billion damaged cells daily, at 99.99 % efficiency and at lightning speed, besides protein/hormone production and simulating consciousness, intelligence , meme etc. Nima's theory of amplituhedron/associahedron, just might be the clue to tackle 'complexity' and might explain how loop quantum gravity might trigger the QC function and the rebounding universe/multiverse.

He talks way too damn fast. I have to slow the speed to half. It is annoying.

At least 10 minutes of this lecture is wasted on "ahhh" "uhhh" and "umm" Dude desperately needs speech training
