I've been vegan for almost 6 years and just started doing yoga and I love it! I used to be obese, after going vegan I lost some weight but was still carrying some excess pounds. Now after incorporating yoga I am losing more weight and may be hitting my goal weight soon.

I am half way through and enjoying the dialog very much. I can only wish the host speaks less and allow the guest to talk. It comes across that JK is validating ND.

Real yoga is all about the Hindu religion, taught by Hindus. Divorcing yoga from Hinduism is dishonest. You are causing stress by lying and assuming to be a teacher. This anti Hindu attitude needs to stop. If you want to learn real yoga and how blind and insulting your approach is you can contact us. Dharma Yoga Ashram.
