Sir agar kisi bhi molecule ko heat kare ge tab wo break hoota hai jaise atom ko kafi heat karne pe wo sub atomic particles mai break hoota hai then heat karne pe quarks mai but Quantum dots ko heat karne pe niki size increase kaise kar sakti hai?????

Sir, I have a question please answer it if you can? Why the size of quantum dots decrease on heating? as according to me the size should increase because of thermal expansion and as much I can think it expansion occurs due to interactions on atomic level so how quantum dots size can decrease on heating as it is made up of around 100-1000 atoms.
