Funny how most people wanted the koopalings gone but as soon as we get a game without them everyone wants them back. (I never wanted them gone in the first place so I also wish they returned)

It wasn’t that we hated the koopalings (some did but the majority of people who wanted them gone is what I’m talking about here) it was that we got essentially the same battle against them over and over again in every game, if they changed up their patterns, made them harder in some way or did something to distinguish them from even each other somewhat then people would have liked them. In Mario Wonder the effects of the wonder flowers would allow them to have fun and unique boss fights

I’ve always been a fan of the koopalings tbh. Maybe it’s just nostalgia since NSMB Wii was the first game I ever properly owned but still. Their designs and personalities were always charming to me. The Koopalings or Wonder/Kamek enemies. The point effectively becomes that solo Bowser Jr has too much screen time and lacks variety. Even though the Koopalings are a well-known company, their personalities can be brought out by the Wonder Effect.

WISH: The Kooplaings (or different bosses) find a variant of the wonder flower and split it into seven pieces, with each piece of the flower having different environmental effects. You retrieve each piece through a boss rush, and maybe use the fixed power up in some type of final battle.

The only good thing about this whole 'Bowser Jr. is the only boss' thing is that the 'Koopalings are everywhere get rid of them!' nonsense is finally dying out, with people realizing that as far as mainline games are concerned they've been bosses for just three games a decade ago.

WISH If we do get DLC, I hope we go back to the mushroom kingdom where the koopalings have taken over while bowser and the gang were in the flower kingdom. It is would also implement them with some of the wonder effects you described (because you made them cooler) and after you beat every single one, in the last world, they would all gang up and use all their different abilities in pairs, like the paper jam koopalings pairings like Roy and Wendy as one and Larry and Ludwig as another all after each other.

If the Koopalings were to come back, I would rather have them in a 3D Mario game rather than a 2D one as we didn't see them at all in a mainline 3D Mario game, so seeing what they could do in 3D space would be very cool and refreshing.

WISH, if there was DLC I want it to add a new world, to be more specific I want that new world to be the mushroom kingdom. Now it could play out like this, after Mario and friends saved the flower kingdom, they all went back home and invited prince florian to come back with them to show him there kingdom, however when they returned, they were shocked to see the mushroom kingdom was a mess because some of that crazy smoke that came out of Bowser when he was a castle, has actually got blown over to the mushroom kingdom. Personally I like this idea because you could incorporate the koopalings as they would have been transformed by the smoke, as for the wonder seeds and flower’s maybe the smoke could have infected some of the flowers in the mushroom kingdom and made them corrupted versions of the wonder flowers, maybe the smoke it self could have infected everything and the mushrooms kingdom could look like really corrupted and messy version of itself to make the world more interesting, personally I think this could make a great DLC and I think Nintendo could make everything made sense to the player as to why this is happening!😁 P.S sorry it’s so long😅

WISH ⭐⭐⭐: What if Mario and the gang went back to the Mushroom Kingdom to find that some of the Wonder Flowers started appearing in the kingdom, and were now affecting the land in weird ways. This could feature new wonder events specific to the Mushroom Kingdom and its environment. Also, being in the Mushroom Kingdom would allow for a couple familiar power ups from past games to make their return, like the ice flower or tanooki leaf. Best of all, some of the Wonder Flowers could merge with the power ups, both new and returning, resulting in upgraded versions of those power ups. Those would be the main attractions for the new wonder events. The wonder events themselves would be themed around whatever the upgraded power up does. For instance, the ice flower could create ice blocks for puzzles, or there could be a flight section with the tanooki leaf. There could be an event like the KO Arenas where you throw enormous fireballs with the upgraded fire flower to take out waves of enemies, or an event where you drill underground Sonic Colors style. As for a story to bring it all together, maybe Wario could be the main antagonist, seeing the power he could gain from the Wonder Flowers and the altered power ups. The final boss could feature Wario using the wonder effected power ups to try to take you down, similar to how he tried to use power ups to defeat Mario in Super Mario Land 2. There is so much potential with returning to the Mushroom Kingdom, but there would have to be a good reason for it, and I think this would be a great way to go about it.

If everyone who wanted something other than the Koopalings for boss fights knew the alternative was going to be practically nothing (Bowser Jr fights & some Wonder events that are kinda/sorta like boss fights), than of course the Koopalings would've been preferred.

WISH (Really long) I think that the DLC could be about stopping Bowser from gathering all the Wonder flowers. He gives the Royal Seeds to the Koopalings. The Koopalings would function like this: Larry: The first one you fight. Lemmy will start like normal, but the Wonder Flower lets him change up the arena, make some floating blocks, and turn you into a Wubba. You have to cover all the terrain to break his guard. He will constantly fire energy at you while you do this. In the next phase, he returns the platforms to normal but now occasionally covers 3 walls in electricity. In his last phase, he combines both Wonder Flower phases, sometimes covering everything but the blocks in electricity and vice versa. Lemmy: The fight starts like normal, with spikes covering the wall and ceiling, but the Wonder Flower lets him summon 5 bouncy balls that all bounce around the edges of the arena while he runs around like a wacko. He also has a ring of Goombas that you need to jump on to hurt him. In the 3rd phase, he gets rid of the floating balls and summons a Pokey made of bouncy balls (still pointy) you have to wall jump to dodge it (the wall spikes are gone) After a while the Pokey will lose balance, and you can hit Lemmy. The 4th phase brings back 2 floating balls and a taller and more agressive Pokey. Iggy: He starts like normal, but the Wonder Flower spawns a Chain Chomp that follows you. You have to use the platforms to weave around it and try to catch Iggy who is riding behind it. Phase 3 removes the Chain Chomp, but adds an occasional Charvaarg that charges across the screen just like his New Super Mario Bros U. fight. The 4th phase combines both. I may finish this later, but show it if you want.

You, I was honestly hoping we would receive more bosses in this. And I was really hoping the Koopalings would have a role in this.

WISH: I actually have a LOT of ideas that would make great DLC. *1. New Characters:* Specifically, Rosalina, Wario, Waluigi, Captain Toad, and _maybe_ Bowser. Rosalina was playable in 3D World, so she wouldn't be too out of place here. As for Wario he used to have his own 2D series in the form of Wario Land, AND he was playable in Super Mario 64 DS. For Waluigi I just _really_ want him to be in a mainline Mario game, and if Wario is here there's no reason not to have Waluigi too. Captain Toad could be unlocked after finding him in every world map, and if he was playable then all four players could play as Toads if they wanted (though he's usually known for not being able to jump... they'd probably just have to make him like everyone else for the sake of actually being able to play the game). For Bowser, I just think it would be really cool to be able to play as him after beating the game. Like how Yoshi has extra abilities but can't use power ups, Bowser would basically be the Elephant ability combined with the Fire Flower... He can use his claws to smash through bricks and stuff, but if you use a crouch attack he can shoot fireballs, and he wouldn't be able to use any power ups. *2. New Badges:* Badges would be perfect for new DLC. One badge in particular I really want to see is a Dash/Air Dash badge, which would let you use a dash (kinda like the dash from Hollow Knight) by pressing the ZR button in the air. They could also have a badge that uses the size modifiers from Bowser Jr's boss fight to have a Mini Badge or a Giant Badge... A badge that gives you Peach's hover ability from 3D World... A Spin Badge that lets you use the spin from Mario Galaxy by pressing ZR... A FLUDD Badge that lets you shoot a spray of water to water those dead plants (kinda like what the Elephant ability can do, but using the ZR button instead)... Or even a Dive Badge that lets you do the dive from Super Mario 64 and Odyssey! *3. Badge Slots:* Extra badge slots so you can use _multiple_ badges at once! A slot for the ability badges (the orange ones), a slot for the effect badges (the blue ones), and a slot for the challenge badges (the gold/rainbow ones). Additionally, it would just be really nice if each player could use _different_ badges when doing local multiplayer (though that's more of a regular update feature than a DLC feature). *4. Returning Power-Ups:* I would love to see some older power-ups appear in DLC. The base game only has 4 powers (not counting the Super Mushroom) so compared to other games there aren't that many. I would love to see the Ice Flower (they already have ice physics coded into the game), and it would be cool if the Raccoon Leaf/Tanooki Leaf returned too (if it did, they'd better make Daisy a kitsune instead of a tanooki to match Luigi).

WISH: For DLC, they should have a new character like Wario or Pauline that you can get by FULLY completing the game

WISH: a DLC in which there is an expansion of the desert that leads to Sarasaland for another 4-5 small worlds with new bosses

WISH: the kind of DLC I have in mind is new playable characters. I’m thinking more colors of Toad and Yoshi, and even some surprise guest characters like Donkey Kong and Wario.

WISH! I have no clue if people will agree with me, but going back to the mushroom kingdom. In the first level of SMBW, you can apparently see the mushroom kingdom at the start. In Mario levels you go right, meaning the mushroom kingdom is towards the left of the start. This DLC would allow you to go to the left (like the arrow path thing would appear) and explore just the grassland. This allows you to go to the princess' castle (with special dialogue if you're playing as Peach), play in a few NSMB inspired levels, where one of the wonder events/effects is that the style and controls become that of NSMBU/NSMBWii, AND there is a boss rush mode there, where you can A) Fight all the KOOPALINGS!!! (Get them involved somehow) B) Fight all the Bowser Jr encounters from SMBW (with the wonder events/effects) C) Fight interesting Bowser battles (like the final one of SMW, SMBW & NSMBU) D) Fight ALL OF THEM!!! Furthermore (something people will actually agree with) more characters. Not to the same extent as the MK8DX BCP, but getting to play as Wario, Waluigi, the Toad, Rosalina or even a Poplin. Just some more characters to have the potential to be elephants, really 🤣. For a new invincible character though................idk Birdo??? Wow, this was not supposed to be that long 😅. WISH!

For DLC i WISH for Rosalina and specialy Pauline to be added as pleyable characters, plus the obvious WISH of new and better bosses. In fact, y whould like them top add something like a Battle tower that has all the great bosses we wish the game hada already

Since I didn't play all the New Super games I still love the Koopalings so I would have liked them to be in Wonder. Edit: I agree with the Mid-Boss thing. This game could have used mid-bosses.

WISH we would have gotten a bit more with bowser fight at the end, maybe have him come back as dry bowser with the wonder effect. The fight we got was great but it left me wanting more!

WISH, that we get a bonus world where we fight the koopalings and or an original boss fight, maybe with some in game enemies or, if you play as a certain character the characters that your not using turn evil and you have to battle them. For example, if you play this boss as Mario than you have to battle and save a Yoshi, or if you play as Mario and your friend plays as a Yoshi than you have to battle Luigi. It seems complicated but anything can happen with a wonder effect.

I like the koopalings but I prefer newer bosses, like what they did for super Mario, Bros, DS

Wonder is grossly inconsistent with its world structure. Therefore, the koopalings could have never worked.

*WISH!:* Special World currently doesn’t have a Royal Seed. Once you’ve bought the last standee(most likely from the standee shop), the next time you talk to the Shoplin in Special World, she’ll say this: “Thanks to you buying out my stock, I have enough money to turn this shop into a house!” Then a hammer would appear behind her. “Time to get to work. Watch the magic.” And that she does, the same way a Poplin fixes a bridge or unblocks a path. When she’s done, she’ll step back and say this: “There; a nice, comfy house. See you inside!” Then she hops into it the same way Bowser Jr. hops into a palace. When you enter it, a talking flower says this: “Wow, all the standees? That’s impressive, I’ll say.” I’ll make more dialogue in a separate comment for those who ask what else could be said. Anyway, then a silver Royal Seed appears in the house, like it’s another Royal Seed Mansion. Some more dialogue after that which again, I may make in another comment. When you bring the Royal Seed to the world map, it’ll go between the 2nd and 3rd floor and suck in the secret levels. When it comes back to the 1st floor, it’ll eject them from its front and back behind the main platform and return to you. Now it’s faster to access the secret levels. This Royal Seed’s icon will appear right between the 6 medals on the save file. Speaking of the Special World, the Poplin houses at the end of each level there should match the color of *its* Wonder Flowers, not those of the Petal Isles. But what if there was a silver *Poplin?* There’s 4 observatories in Deep Magma Bog, and 1 observer Poplin would be that color, 1 would be pink, one would be dark blue, and 1 would be purple. You can guess why I picked these colors.

WISH Kamek brings a wonderful flower to the mushroom kingdom and uses the koopalings to help take over the mushroom kingdom using wonder events

The koopalings would have actually worked very well in the flower kingdom adding creativity in their attacks with the wonder powers personally never had issues with them was on contrary really happy when I saw them again in new super mario wii if they were to remove them they should have replaced with new bosses instead we just got repeat bowser jr battles would have been better off keeping them in my opinion

I'm glad people are finally waking up to the potential of the Koopalings. I always liked them, so I didn't mind it when they appeared in more games. Then again, I'm someone who doesn't mind repeating bosses as long as they do something different with them each time, which was the main problem with how they were utilized in the New Soup games. What a shame, Wonder had the most potential to prove to the fans that the Koopalings were good bosses, but unfortunately they must have listened to the fans' wishes, and we ended up with... This. Perhaps one of the biggest monkey's paw in a Mario game. So yeah, be careful for what you wish for next time lmao.

Honestly, mate, I don't think I want to see the koopalings in another mainline mario game. If people say that they are bad, don't get me wrong, I love them, but if nintendo just gonna make them predictable and nothing special, and people are just going to complain about them being predictable then I don't see what's the point of having them in the franchise if almost everybody don't like them

I think honestly the koopalings should the actual bosses of the airships, it's an even LAMER boss battle if you could even say it is a boss battle. it really just navigating to the self destruct button and then you're done. Also the airships wonder effects are all the same, with the koopalings, you could at least get a different one for each airship.

WISH: You could travel to the Mushroom kingdom and all the worlds like water and grass get wonderfied and the koopalings would too. Then Mario and friends have to get the kingdom back to normal

WISH: Thunder flower: projectiles climb terrain, and you run faster Earth flower, you can aim the rocks you throw (like in Metroid dread) The Candy level theme becomes a full world.

You know, I do WISH Nintendo could've brought the Koopalings in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, even though I am STRONGLY in favor of original bosses other than the Koopalings, but, once again, Nintendo is simply TOO LAZY to even bother adding original boss fights. If, however, this game adds DLC, I definitely would like perhaps BOTH original bosses AND Koopalings put together so as to make this game EVEN BETTER. Also, I only I can approach Nintendo with my own fan-made Mario princesses, I would definitely like to see them added as well, like Princess Stella, her sister Kai, her daughter Sarisse, and such, and that is why I am actually still working on a Super Mario Bros. Wish - I feel like DLC that goes back to there Mushroom Kingdom would be cool. Like when Bowser is defeated, he tries to take over the Mushroom Kingdom since Mario and the gang aren't there. They could also add Waluigi, Rosalina, Pauline, Wario, and the super crown for Toadette.

WISH: There could be 1 or 2 new worlds that you unlock with their own story, with Wario getting corrupted by Bowser and stealing the Wonder Flowers of a tropical island. Donkey Kong could become a playable character, that would be easier than Mario, with the ability to climb short walls and throw objects, but could still take damage from enemies. There could be new Power-ups, such as an Electro-flower that can shoot electric balls to power objects, and a banana power up that could turn them into a new animal (like a rhino or something.) After beating the story, you unlock Wario as a playable chapter that works the same as Mario and friends.

WISH: the DLC should include new characters like wario,waluigi and rosalina, new boss fights and maybe take place in a new kingdom with I think 7 worlds

What about Boom Boom and Pom Pom?

I think they should focus on original bosses personally. Bowser Jr could have been the boss of world 6 but otherwise he should have just used his wonder power to create crazy boss fights against other enemies. We could have had a bull in world 1, maybe some sort of giant condart in world 2, world 3 has the trial so skip that one, some sort of aquatic boss in world 4, world 5 again has no boss so that's fine.

WISH (Big one) 1) More Bosses. Return the Koopalings as Bosses, and add a major Boss for Worlds 3 and 5, as well as more levels in Bowser's Castle. 2) Yoshi being able to use power-ups only if you choose to eliminate their easy mode. (In a sense, if you choose those characters, you are given a choice to eliminate their ability to take infinite hits and will die/shrink if they get hit. But they can use power-ups. They will still have some abilities, but with the power-ups they lose certain abilities. Like For example, Fire and Bubble, they cannot eat enemies. Elephant, they cannot flutter jump, and Drill they have other limitations. 3) Special World should feature a special Bowser Junior Boss fight that combines all his fights and is made as an ultimate test, as well as a chance to return the epic castle theme. 4) Kamek as a Boss for the Airship Levels. (Seriously, Kamek should have been fought at least 3 times in this game. 5) A way to replay the game again online without needing to basically create another nintendo network id and switch account, as well as spend $60 6) Online having physical collision only for private rooms. Public Rooms no collision. Private Rooms give us the abiliity to bounce off each others heads and stuff.
