I also love how the mecha broodle has intentional “speedrun” ways to defeat it. Letting the 3 circles on the side turn to wood as it steams out. Allowing quick enough players to get up!

Every 3d Boss is unique and really fun to fight, sir. Someone can be the same. But I enjoy fighting 3D bosses a lot. Heck when I face even harder bosses I actually doom first try.

Odyssey's Bowser takes it for me. I love the cage match followed by escaping as possessed Bowser. 3D Land's is also amazing with the Donkey Kong barrel homage, and the second phase concluding with that exhilarating run away from him on the bridge.

Not sure if many people know this but as topper is spinning on the ground with his hats you can jump on him so you can also speedrun topper also a nice little Easter egg is if you defeat him like this he dies with the hat on in the cutseen

The first time I fought King Bob-omb, I threw him over the battlefield and then I didn't know how to beat him, but I eventually learned and when I did, it made no sense whatsoever that you had to do it like that

38:43 Bowser has never been damaged by jumping on his head, except in Super Mario Maker 2 where you can ground pound Bowser with a Dry Bowl.

There is a joke between me and my siblings where we call knucklotec "cnucklechuck" (ku-nuk-le-chuck) no idea why but it exists and brings him much higher on my list than it should be P.S 64's bowser does not deserve to be as high as it is your generally better off not aiming for the bomb because when you do he always misses and also the fight itself is basically a glorified king bob omb get beyond big boss pick up and throw that's all there is to either boss

I think I would like the Mecha Broodal fight a lot better if I didn't hate the Broodals so much. Edit: And I also think I would like Pom Pom and Boom Boom much better if they weren't so overused in Mario Maker 2. It kind of left me with a bad taste in my mouth for them.

Super Mario 3d world Bowser car fights hit the car need to hit it more than 3 but if you hit the ball right at bowser it's only 3 hits.

39:09 - I hope they never put quick time events in a Mario game. Or if they do, allow me to turn them off. Or make them so they don't have a fail state and I can just set the controller down and watch. I don't like them, and I'm not good at them. I really don't want them.

SM64 Bob omb king was robbed. He's the first boss of the game and can absolutely kill you. He's harder than king whomp and king boo from the same game.
