Love, love, love how in less than 1 minute here comes Charlie and then here comes Trigg (from upstairs) as if “Oh…oh..oh…I think I heard boxes”!! Ragdoll fur babies are the best “helpers” when it comes to opening up 📦 :-)

Super pawesome & fabulous unboxing video, Jenny honey! Such cool & beautiful (adore how colorful they always are!) puzzle toys! Always enjoy watching your handsome boys getting Their Puzzle On! I really need to get one of these to try for Miss PSB as she is SO treat oriented (Girl Lurves Her Treatsies!)! :)

Your cats are gifted. I bought one of those puzzle toys and I set it up for them and they give up too soon. Then the dogs come for it. I use the Whole Life freeze dried treats too and there's a lot of interest but finding the hidden compartment is where they give up and go do something else . Those are great puzzle toys though.

it does take a food motivated cat for sure. i have found my sister's cats, when i leave the puzzle out overnight when my sister is out of town, really go after it.

My rag doll cat Howard who is 13 is so nosy he’d be there to check out the contents of the box immediately, and then lay down in the empty box of course!

I have just bought the Multipuzzle expert level 4 as a Xmas gift for my cat as a step up from level 3 puzzle options which are too easy. She worked out the sides so far, needs to up her game for the centre wheel, and haven't yet used the side blockers so I am happy it is more difficult. I am pleased she doesn't do this one in a couple of minutes, unfortunately this is aided by the fact the product does not work smoothly, a couple of the squares on one side get stuck and they need my force to slide them along, so there's no way the cat could move them with her paw. I don't know whether it's just my puzzle that has a fault or other people have had this issue? I bought this model because it was recommended by some cat owners but as far as I am concerned the design doesn't entirely work for a cat. I appreciate this is made for dogs therefore they made not have the same issues. I found the whole thing clunky, the middle wheel is also hard to spin with a tendency to stick. My cat doesn't tend to be very forceful which isn't in her favour here. Perhaps bigger cats that tend to be more aggressive with their puzzles might have a different experience? Some squares share a common treat pocket underneath which means the treat will slide from one side to the other at each attempt to get it - perhaps this is meant to add to the "difficulty" - it certainly is frustrating. Cat's claws get caught in the outer plastic edge when trying to get the treat out, half of the time she ends up eating the treat by licking right in the pocket. Some bits of treats get in areas where they are difficult to remove from, making this annoying to clean.

I would suspect the same problem happens for dogs - I do know what you mean about it getting stuck. Mine aren't as smart as yours and didn't quite figure out that Multipuzzle - it was usually a team effort - the cats and me.

@@Floppycats Oh yeah, totally a team effort to start with, we'll see if she ever gets to master it past this initial stage. I just wish there were more puzzles specifically for cats that pose less of a manual handling challenge (slippery plastic with no grip, claws catching in nooks) to allow for exercising the mind more than the muscle. But at the end of the day they are designed by humans for another species - and we have our limitations :) Are there any other products you would recommend?

I heard back from Nina Ottosson and they said, "The sliding tiles should be quite easy to slide, don´t know if your cat is too careful when playing or if it has an fault. If you feel there is something wrong with the game you can contact support@outwardhound.com and explain this." @@roxanaiacob2797
