Makkari, the newest card in Marvel Snap, would of course fit perfectly in a Silver Surfer deck but I wanted to try something different. She is basically free power on board and if you manage to buff her - even better. This Cerebro deck with Makkari looks like a meme but probably because it is a bit of a meme. C4 decks have no tech cards to help them out so I've had to add a few just to make the deck slightly more competitive. Makkari is probably the best C4 card because you get her on board for free but her randomness (which location she goes to) makes her a bit dangerous, especially with how many bad locations there are for Cerebro decks. Watch this video to find out whether Makkari is good and whether you should open her (spoiler alert: don't).

I put her in a Dracula dump deck. Just removed Gambit and slotted her in. She’s not really better than him, but she works. And with Miek being able to move, it doesn’t really matter what lane she runs into.

Shes terrible by all means especially in a clog meta where she might not get a chance to land or will take up a slot for a combo card not to mention her filling a lane I need sometimes. Sadly wasted a key on her while aiming for that gorgeous X-23 variant.
