This video had me in tears ! I pray for Landon and your Family that stem cells will be your answer . I think it is a wonderful thing your sister did for Landon , to give him this living gift ! I suffer from anti bodies that cause my baby to be in right more all the time and I have done infusion treatments but no cure . This boy is so sweet and deserve to have the fullest life !

As I have said before, I am 70 yrs old. This for sure is the future for me. The ability you had to explain the concept, process and procedure left me with my jaw on the floor. Mom you are truly a super mother. Btw, the best image I have of Lando, is not the clinic pictures but the one when he is on the water ski behind the boat; THAT is Lando to me. (Dad, kudo's to you too but mom will always trump dad! Bless you all!

Wow! What an incredibly BRAVE!! Boy looked RIGHT AT the needle and took it. My eight year old can’t even stand the sight of a needle much less let one near him. I am so happy for him I can’t think of a better person that deserves love ,respect, care, and admiration.

this is so beyond exciting!!! I am so proud of Lando, he did awesomely! "I don't see the cells" was the cutest thing ever. I hope that doctor really can arrange for Lando to see them through a microscope -- that would be so awesome! Way to go Lando!! Sending positive vibes to you always!!

I love how the nurse explained everything that she was doing and answering each question Landon asked. Growing up, those were the nurses that I remember by name. As a scared kid before dozens of surgeries growing up, it was always comforting to have sweet nurses and doctors. Landon is definitely braver than I ever was. I can’t stand needles and they scare me more than anything.🥺 So happy for Landon and I pray that this treatment works well for him.

So proud of the work that my co-workers here at Duke University Hospital have discovered, and shared with others. Now that research is able to help kids like Lando! I can't wait to see the progress he makes. Thank goodness for your vlogs. You won't see results overnight but looking back the little miracles are there.

Your son has a great understanding of his condition. His attitude will help him a lot the older he gets. You as parents have done a great job in making sure your kids know that their brother needs certain safety conditions when playing. Love how your family is so hands on . I am sure the twins do get on each others nerves occasionally.

understand you being nervous Landon, but you were so brave watching the needle go in your arm. It was nice to have Ashton and Ava there for support. When I have a blood test I have to look away. Most inspiring video, brought me to tears. Praying the treatment is a great success, and special prayers to your sister/niece for allowing this opportunity. My sister had the knowledge to bank her cord/placenta when my niece was born because her husband had cancer when he was younger and wanted to have that if it would come back. Thankfully has not been needed yet. Can't wait to see Landon's results! 💙

Praising God for this awesome opportunity for Landon! 🙌🏻 Your sister is an angel❤️. I live about an hour and half from Duke Hospital in NC. It’s an amazing hospital. My husband actually goes to the VA hospital right across the road from Duke. He sees drs from there as well. Praying the stem cells does amazing things for Lando! I worked for an biopharmaceutical umbilical cord stem cell company derived from the umbilical cord and placenta. I wish you had known about banking stem cells when you had Ava, siblings use each others stem cells all the time. Stem cell therapy helps children especially, adults not as much. It is a amazing all the conditions and diseases it helps, especially in children. I hope and pray for a miracle for little Landon.

I love your channel. I know how Landon feels. I am a type 1 diabetic. I was diagnosed at the age of 5. I am know on the insulin pump. Your channel always encourages me. Landon is always so happy.
