We have waited for a long time for this day and I know many of you have been waiting to see this vlog. We could not be more grateful for the love and support our Landon has received these last few days. This surgery will be able to help him walk so much better than he ever has been able to before. @@Aj-dl3hw Landon and Ashton are twins. Landon has cerebral palsy. Watch all their vlogs and it will help you understand too. Anyway Landon is a fighter but he has gotten to where he can't walk far, or do really anything because his muscles get extremely tight and they get to a point that they can't stretch them out anymore. So they went to Texas to have a special surgery for Landon where they examined him and decide which muscles they cut because of tightness. So he has just received that surgery and it's very painful . He has over came so many obstacles in his short life. I think I explained it correctly. If you go back a few vlogs they have 1 where they explain what he is having done and how serious this is. Those kids have the best parents ever! They are the sweetest family. They rally around each other and support each other. I hope I didn't confuse you more.

I totally been there when my son was crying before surgery. We have been thur 23 surgeries and he is just 18. It’s heart breaking. But God has him. I can’t wait to see him walking

It's super important to get up to ensure his muscles don't seize up. Also, getting out of bed is important for circulation and blood pressure regulation.

Landon you have got to be one of the ULTIMATE, MOST AMAZING, 10 year olds I have ever known. (and that's a big deal when you consider that I'm 53 years old) I am so impressed with how quickly you were able to start walking after surgery!!! LOVE and PRAYERS ALWAYS from Gainesville Florida! 🙏❤🙂❤🙏

I see how much pain he is in. That boy is my hero. You go Lando. I work in a school and most of the kids there get a little scrape and you would think the world was coming to an end with the crying. You my friend had reasons to cry and you were so brave. I don't think I could have gotten up and started walking like you did. Again, you are my hero.

No he doesn’t have a reason to cry because I think if your going to cry you would have to be dying and never coming back this kid is crying over a little surgery that will be fine and if he couldn’t walk at least his alive think of cancer kids they cry going to sleep cause they don’t no if there gonna wake up the next morning.

This video made me bawl my eyes quite a few times. Hearing him say that he can’t wait to walk and what the waiter brought out to him. Broke my heart with the past videos seeing him decline. I can't believe he's out of the hospital already. When I had my knee replacement they kept me overnight. Lando is a really trooper.

Not really cancer kids don’t cry that much when they have 3 days to live and some aren’t scared even 5 year olds they aren’t scared because they love life. He’s not a trooper. A trooper would be going threw so much shit to where you to die but you make it out alive. This kid knew he would make it out alive and he’s crying like the end of his life is here he’s just a bitch.

I have cerebral palsy and I have had two leg surgeries I remember that after my second surgery which was a hamstring and heel cord lengthening surgery I was in a lot of pain afterwards. I hope Landon has a smooth recovery 🙏

Watching this again after these few months, I wonder if parents could give an update on Lando's surgery, how it has helped him. Much as my parents were good parents, I doubt either of them could be as good as Justin and Lindsay are with helping Lando and knowing what to say and do as well as they do. You two are simply amazing parents! So patient and kind with him! Such a lucky boy to have such kind people tending to him!

I I said this before but I had the older version of this surgery 30 years. He will see so much improvement I remember having to wear the immobilizer for 6 months at night. It was annoying but worth it. You got this

Seeing Landon laying and crying with his mom next to him is so precious. I cried happy tears for him to feel better and then sad tears for his pain. Landon is strong, there is a reason he is going through this. He will come out stronger.

So awesome to see Lando walking with his heels down and knees apart. The only struggle is getting used to being loose! Way to go Lando, still proving you are a real champion! You made it through another hard and scary thing, and it feels wonderful to overcome that. Blessings!
