There are much much better earlier ones that shows actual inside photos of 25 cromwell st. This one is very watered down and less on the whole. Except for the very very rare case when they are deemed not criminally liable due to mental incapacitation. Not every traumatic childhood ends up with a serial killer, but almost all of these serial killer cases had incurred trauma during childhood. Research has shown that it doesn’t allow for the brain to develop properly and can lead to antisocial behaviour, violent tendencies and crime in the future.

My Dad would always come to the ice cream van with us. My Dad was a big guy, and would stand there, arms crossed, staring at the ice cream man. I asked him why we couldn’t go out to the van alone, and he said it’s because there were rumours about the man, and he wanted him to know my Dad had eyes on him. I think lots of them were a little strange. My Dad wouldn’t let us write to Jim’ll fix it either…. And he was spot on about him.

I think Fred was 100% abused by his parents and his brother is denying it probably due to shame OR Fred was the only one abused which is very common, abusers will choose one child to be horrible to and treat the others fine so the abused child wouldn't be believed as their siblings were fine. Rose's dad did the same with her, singled her out as the one he sexually abused. They had terrible childhoods but of course that is never an excuse for what they did.

I don't believe that. She looks a bit like Fred. She's got his face. And she looked like her half sister Anne Marie. Mae looks more like Rosemary.

I do more than Fred. Fred was a known and proven pathological liar. There's some truth to what he told police. But not everything is true. But yeh that there was sexual abuse in the family I believe that. Both Fred and his other brother John were pedophiles. It's got to come from somewhere. But I suppose it doesn't always have to. Or Doug genuinely doesn't remember and also perhaps wasn't abused himself.
