I got a great deal and am currently sitting on over 200k on equity, I took some equity out to buy a few more properties. I purchased one for 115k put 70k into it and sold it for 342k in 2017. Love this new show Graham will miss you driving with the guys. My brother and his mate rode from NSW to step point in WA on Yamaha quads. They broke a word record for longest distance on quads and raised money for charity.
