Ninja Nerds!
In this lecture Professor Zach Murphy will be presenting on Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis (TB) is caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The bacteria usually attack the lungs, but TB bacteria can attack any part of the body such as the kidney, spine, and brain. Not everyone infected with TB bacteria becomes sick. As a result, two TB-related conditions exist: latent TB infection (LTBI) and TB disease. If not treated properly, TB disease can be fatal. We hope you enjoy this lecture and be sure to support us below!

Thanks for this very detalled explanation on this TB disease. By the way, I have been detected as pre TB patient this week (just coughing, no blood, no fever), but I don't understand, because when in my teens in France, I had a "primo infection" and exempted of BCG vaccine. Subsequently, I had few months (can't remember how long) of treatment with RIMIFON medicine. So is it possible today to be with such illness today?
