In what world does it make sense that a warrant and subpoena isn't able to be FOIAd? I do not think Crane is healthy for the city atm, I think he could be a good support person in DOJ, but he should not be the King and ruler of all DOJ law related. All judges should be equal, they can all have different areas of expertise and do their own different work, put up legislation that they feel are needed and push it to vote or something similar.
