The new and improved Nintendo Game & Watch Joystick is here... and it works wonders for accessibility. I share my stories in the videos entitled "Video Games and Accessibility" and "Nintendo Game & Watch Joystick". If you haven't watched them, please watch them now. I described my disability and lack of mobility in my left hand, which made it extremely difficult to play any of my Nintendo consoles because of the standard D-pad. Luckily, I was able to obtain a joystick for the NES and Switch. I still was unable to play my Game & Watches though, which prompted me to make the first video. Over a month ago, my friend Greg came to me with an idea: he modified a D-pad so that it included a joystick, which has now been improved. In this video, my other friend Ian demonstrates step-by-step how to replace the standard D-pad and install the modified one. Now I feel like I'm playing with power!
