I remember the first video of yours that showed up on my recommended list, where you sold the customers device after they did not pick it up for a long period of time. Since then I have seen every video you upload. I am not a repair technician, or watching to apply your skills anywhere, they are just very entertaining and the things you speak of, your mentality and morals are something that we can all learn from. And of course I watch and like every video because it is the very least I can do to support you and your business. Recently I have shared your channel with my friend and he too is hooked on your videos. And I have mailed my device to you this week I am excited to see your work! Keep up the amazing work and content!!

Your videos are *good* and I have learned quite a bit (after 56 years in the electronics repair business). Your work is very good and neat - I like that! Sloppy work is a sure sign of a bad shop. I've also ordered a ton of stuff from your site; things that are otherwise difficult to find. Very useful - *THANKS*.

Nice job fixing that switch board. Alex, you are the best, its good to know that your family helps you at your store to manage all this work and private life together. You are really a nice guy, you did a lot of work with repair stuff, buy and show us new products, arrange and cut videos for us, very busy businessman. And yes you should manage and stay with your family and your kids too. This all takes a lot of time, hope you can relax a bit on weekends 10000 👍👍👍👍👍-up and thank you

I am in the same field, and you’ve pushed yourself so much to make these videos possible and edit .. I know you probably already know this because you’re very smart and you have a lot of wisdom, but don’t forget to give time to your family that’s the most important as a father. Definitely seek help. I Have a friend that lives in California that does What you do, I’ll message him and see if he’s interested in coming down to the shop.

It is better than factory, indeed. Just by using leaded solder, it is a big advantage. Alot of issues these days are caused by unleaded solder (cracked joints, and so on).

Looks like a candidate for a full, thin layer of solder mask, then scrape to reveal only the pads. Thus masking the existing traces so you don't have to painstakingly route the repair leads to avoid the traces.

Factory's are faster therefore sum amount of quality must suffer. Also a manufacture must make the whole board for very small cost so it is cost prohibitive to make every thing perfect. Keep up the good work.
