It doesn't feel more fleshed out to me They could add more games, but it doesn't take place on a newly upscaled version of wuhu island which means a fly-over mode like in the wii + wii u originals would be boring Don't get me wrong, the game could sell well and I'll probably buy it to try it out, but it would be so cool to get to fly over an upscaled wuhu island on the switch

@@GottaBGlitches this is them testing out the game to see if there is interest for more there. The response so far has been overwhelmingly positive. They know that people want more. If the game goes well with sales and reviews then believe me Nitnendo will most assuredly giving us more

This is crazy because I literally today just bought a Nintendo Wii mainly for Wii sports, light gun games, Mario, resident evil. Crazy I think the universe is telling me something. I love wii sports and finally got it back, now I’ll have to get switch sports. I love the tennis and boxing, bowling, baseball it was so much fun back in the day …

I pre-ordered before realizing that I could get a Nintendo Switch Sports water bottle if I pre-ordering a physical copy from Nintendo or Walmart or something. Also Target will give you a bag with the physical version (while supplies last) for $50. Now I'm sad that I don't even have the leg strap, but at least it was cheaper.

Wii Sports and Sports Resort are better. I don't think there'll be much nostalgia for this game unless they had about 3x as much content. As it stands everyone will forget about this within the month.

Yeah, when Nintendo first announced it, I was disappointed when there weren’t any Miis, but I might actually buy this now.

@@ligmadragonballs6998 I only grew up with Wii Sports (not Resorts nor Club), so the only games I used to play were Bowling, Tennis, Boxing and Golf. I didn't really explore all of the bonus content as a kid, but I had a blast with family and friends and made some of the fondest memories with the game. To me, this game offers the same experience as I remember, the awesome Wii Tennis experience, and then a bunch of extra games. And it only costs $40, which is fair to me bc I thought it would be priced at $60. Wii Sports isn't comparable since it was bundled with every Wii package. Wii Sports Resort cost $50 with MotionPlus included, and Wii Sports Club cost $50 for all the 5 sports games (you had to buy each one individually for $10).

yea, besides a couple more games from wii sports resort like basketball that i think would fit this game perfectly, bringing back some of the special gamemodes like that from wii sports and resort make it more complete imo.

How much is it?

If I remember correctly from the original trailer, besides golf, there were two main sports areas that were not mentioned one of them clearly being baseball and the other might have been boxing so we might get to see boxing as free dlc down the line. I also hope that we get resort dlc and hopefully they add a lot more sports because the amount of sports(and mini games for those sports) in the base game is kinda underwhelming.

Free flyover is a must.

Yeah, and unlike switch sports, it doesn't have variations of the same sport.

@@amirulakh473 Well, my family isn't local. My sister lives two hours away one direction and my parents/brothers live three hours away in another direction. And I don't like the elimination feature. My little brother shouldn't have to sit in the sidelines while the rest of us play. So hopefully survival mode isn't all they have.

I mean it's starting with the same amount of game modes as the original which i think is a good choice, if people keep playing and enjoying any new sports they'll probably add more

I am happy that they added more fluid customization to the game, everything from the way your badminton rack looks, to your hair and clothing, it makes me want to give the sportsmates a go just because there so polished (other than the fact they replaced the miis, but I am happy the miis are just in this game) also my name (audrey) was used in this video so thats nice, (not offense to the miis btw, I still have a soft spot in my heart for the miis, I’d just like to try these new “sportsmates” out)
