It’s just that AIC is deservedly one of the best rock bands in the last 50 years, and people proved that. Nirvana was great, but they didn’t lay the impression as to take away from thrash like AIC did though. The made a huge overall impression, whereas AIC crushed ANY thing that was called “metal” and made it new again. All hail, “grunge” music.. if you wanna call the movement that.

I don't really listen to them any more, my tastes changed and moved on, but they will always have a special place in my heart. Every 5 or 10 years I 'remember' them and go on a bit of a youtube binge..... This song was always one of my favourites, the live version on 'Muddy Banks' in particular. Seeing this performance today, I can remember why!!!! This song is so fucking EXCITING, the one that makes me wanna jump up and down like the audience here.... the other song that still effects me like this is "School". Amazing! Still my favourite.

Probably the best performance of Blew by Nirvana. They tended to speed it up quite a bit when they played it live, and this is closer to the album version tempo. The playing is tight, and the mix in the recording is pretty good.
